The restaurant is perfect for business get together because it is fairly quiet and we could talk to each other. Food and the service were exceptional. The duck special and steaks were all prepared perfectly. The complimentary veggie platter was fresh with assorted flavors. I recommend escargot. I definitely would return to try more dishes. We had the Five Coarse meal they offer and we both chose different items to taste test. They are known for the fresh basket of vegetables and breads, so it is a must! Our favorite appetizer was the Bouchee de Fruit de Mer! This is a seafood Souffle. The waiter was simply awesome! He was able to answer all our questions and his recommendations were a perfect blend of food and wine! It is not easy to become an icon in a town like Las Vegas, but Pamplemousse Le Restaurant is one for sure! My daughter has always wanted to eat there so Easter with the family was prefect. All of us ordered something different to share every dish was amazing in display and taste. The grandchildren are teenagers they loved the whole experience.
