Diner Reviews
  • "The service was great. I ate there during lunch time and the choice of meats were amazing. My favorite was the tri-tip and sirloin. They have side dishes that you can go up and choose from and my favorite was the gluten free cheese bread!"

  • "I went here while on vacation. It was the worst dinner I ever had at a Brazilian steakhouse. The steak was chewy. They claimed they had 50 items on their saladbar which was not true. Someone in our group just ordered a regular steak and it was awful. The mojito I had tasted like I was drinking a cup of sugar. Never come here!!!"

  • "they seated us in the bar area and the noise was awful...a big convention of loud men...The food was only fair...tough meat, many not very tasty...very disappointing. We have been to many Brazilian churriscias and this was not worth a return trip. All the others (in NYC, Key west, florida, and myrtle beach, north carolina) all would be recommended.. Not this one..."

  • "We had dinner at Pampas and it was not what we expected. The value was not good and they did not offer us the most tender cuts of beef. Would not go back. We had a coupon but would have been better off ordering off the menu."

  • "The hostess never made eye contact and didn't care to show us where to wait. And after a 20min. wait she forgot who I was. I felt that I had to start my wait time all over again. David Brown"

  • "Went to Pampas on the first day of our vegas trip. We were looking forward to it. Extremely disappointing. The service was good but the food left much to de desired. We got the surf and turf the meat was over cooked And the seafood was undercooked. The salad bar was fair. If you are torn between a buffet or pampas go to the buffet."

  • "Only piece of filet they had was wrapped in bacon and my daughter doesn't eat bacon the pork was fatty for price they need to have a better cut of filet to serve"

  • "My wife and I had wanted to try Brazilian-style dining for a long time so we went to Pampas. Neither of us were impressed. The food was OK but nothing special--definitely not worth the $50/person we spent. The service was laughable--the couple next to us was served constantly, but we were ignored and actually had to call the servers over. We won't return. Ever."

  • "The fish was rubbery and the crab cake was extremely overdone and very salty"

  • "DId not realize that the restaurant was located inside a mall. felt alittle over dressed, thinking it was in Planet Hollywood Food was OK, not great, not bad, making it just OK. Price also match the food, not high like most restaurants in Las Vegas."

  • "We got the lunch that included seafood. The seafood, ham & pineapple were my favorite and what isn't available at other similar restaurants. My husband liked the roast beef, sausage & ham. We wouldn't go back without a groupon or coupon or special occasion such as visitors from out of town."

  • "Nice restaurant, but hard to receive the meat. Need more servers of the meat we were waiting a lot for meat to arrive at the table, except for shrimp."

  • "We received free vouchers from our hotel for this restaurant. Our host Craig was great, but I was not impressed in general with the food but since it was pretty much free I am less upset about it. We got the surf and turf. The shrimp was just okay and the crab cake had a lot of filling and was not good at all. The meats were well seasoned. I only had a few items from the salad bar, but no complaints. Overall the restaurant was just okay, but I would not return though. It just was not impressive enough to make me want to do so."

  • "l am not normaly a huge meat eater. The meat is outstanding, the grilled pineapple is fantastic! Next time we go we are trying the meat and seafood. The salad bar was great. They had all the stuff I enjoy eating. The staff were polite and very helpful."

  • "The food and service was good at the restaurant, however, due to the popularity of the place we were forced to sit out on their "Patio" but really it was the walk way of the mall. Because we were out on the "patio" we didn't feel that the service was as consistent as people inside the restaurant. The servers were really nice and complied with the food we requested it just seemed like a very long time between seeing new meats."

  • "If you are in Vegas there are plenty of better option for the price!!! Don't waste your money... Food is horrible!!!!!! Service is bad... place smells..... DO NOT WASTE your time nor money"

  • "My wife and I had the Surf and Turf meals at Pampas. I was a little worried that we may get lesser treatment/service since we had a prepaid meal/coupon, but our waiter treated us like we were big spenders. The service was great and we never had to wait for more servings. The only criticism I have would be the dining room was a little cramped. You are almost rubbing elbows with the guests at the neighboring tables...but it still wasn't too bad though. It was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone."

  • "So this isn't on my list to revisit, but it is a once in a lifetime experience. They come around with some meats that were well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The salad bar and sides is very basic and limited, but fine. The price is the same as going to a buffet, so I would rather do a buffet with more offerings."

  • "Our first visit and it happened by way of, "let's try this place." It was one of our best decisions of the trip. We tried the meat sampling buffet which complemented the salad bar nicely. We were treated to bacon wrapped chicken, bacon wrapped beef, grilled pineapples, lamb, filet mignon, and the list goes on and on. Would definitely go back. Thank you for a real delight!"

  • "I have never been to a Brazilian steakhouse before and didn't quite know what to expect. The food was wonderful and the service was excellent. The choices of the meats were wonderful and each one was just delicious. I was also really pleased with the side dishes. There were so many choices of salads and vegetables that it was had to choose. They were all fresh and very tasty. The staff made us feel welcomed us warmly and served us professionally."

  • "This was my first time at Pampas, and it was a good experience. The food was good, the service and the ambience were good too. I would definitely recommend it, but still, Texas De Brazil is the best when it comes to food."

  • "We had a table for 6, quality of food was average, not worth the $43-$50/person price tag that's for sure. The meats were ok, most were tough and not too enjoyable. Better options exist in the marketplace if you plan in advance but you can overpay in Vegas that is lesson we learned. For the quality of the food, we should of not of paid more than $25/person."

  • "This is my second experience and whereas the food was memeorable last time, this service was what stood out this time."
    Dined on 3/1/2014
  • "This was my first time to a Brazilian steakhouse. Our server Dave was extremely helpful and informative on how the whole meat extravaganza works. He was very attentive and made our visit enjoyable. Just make sure your hungry when you go, you will be in a meat coma!"
    Dined on 3/2/2014
  • "From the moment we sat down, we were bombarded with large skewers of meat. My husband was elated with this. While the experience was fun and the ambience good, the meat was mostly over cooked and tough. I had one piece that was excellent but the others, including the salmon and shrimp were too well done. The drinks, the Run Runner and the Margarita, were fantastic and I recommend them both. I would definitely go again because the experience was so good."

  • "Our server was good, and very polite. Food was ok at best, as I expected better from visiting this type of restaurant int he past. Meat was very fatty, and servers bringing the meat were very slow. If you're looking for great Brazilian Kabob, this is not the place."
    Dined on 2/28/2014
  • "We did the all meat selection, which includes a huge salad bar. The salad bar has salads and other cold items, but also had some tasty hot items, soups, cheese breads, and desserts. The meats were all very tasty and delicious. Our favorites were the pork, the chicken and sausages and the triptip. One of the beef selections was kind of dry and tough. The server brought us a more tender one...but we were pretty fully by then. We got a bottle of the Spanish Malbec and it was delicious. We would go there again."

  • "Food was Great and kept coming. Several different types of meat and their roasted pineapple was to die for. A bit on the noisy side and that would keep me from eating there as much as I would like to but the experience is definitely worth trying. If you haven't been make sure you go."
    Dined on 2/19/2014
  • "There are much better places to get good quality Brazilian food. The prices are heavily marked up. If you are able to find a discount coupon, it will bring the price down to a level that is still much higher than comparable restaurants. They server's bring out the cheap meat until it's obvious that you are almost full and then the bring out the more savory choices."

  • "The food was unusual but the way they serve it is certainly an experience. I was there for Valentines day and they had issues with keeping up with the crowd. I enjoyed the service they provided and the food was excellent. They are not lying, it's a Carnivore's Paradise. Picture wandering meats just coming to the table, you choose what you want and they slice straight off the stick and coming straight from the grill."

  • "Food/meat options were less than what we were expecting. Our favorite brazilian steak house is Chama Guacha so this did not compare. Overall atmosphere was nice seating outside was pretty in the mall area but made for a long walk to the sides and salad bar."
    Dined on 2/1/2014
  • "Bar seating instead of main restaurant, others seated in mall outside restaurant. Terrible seasting. Too loud, not intimate, much different than similarly themed restaurants. Servers seemed to always visit this area last. Second class citizens. I expect to know if making reservation in overflow seating. Very disappointing! Waiter initially claimed ingorance of monthly special (yet it's the 14th), then said only valid with hardcopy printout after shown on phone, later honored with manager approval as if big favor. Inconsistent and poor form! Felt jerked around from the start. If you can get reservation on slow night, assure seating in main restaurant, printout any advertised specials ahead of time - then you may get good meal and service."

  • "We were expecting a great experience but it was far from that. The quality of the meat was just not there for us. We were really looking forward to it and it was a lot of money or the quality. We will not be going back."

  • "We enjoyed so much the food. We must say thanks to out waiter. A good restaurant in las vegas."

  • "We all opted for the all you can eat meat rodizios which included the salad/side bar. 2 of us upgraded to the surf and turf which included shrimp, salmon, and a catch-of the day selection... The guys with the skewers come by and keep offering different types of meats until you cannot eat any more. Our favorites were the skirt steak, and the filet. The lamb was a bit gamey and the pork was a little dry and overcooked. The meat is on a skewer though, I realize that everyone's experience may be a little different. It was fun to do once while in Vegas...but if paying full price I think that the $ would be better spent at a nicer/fine dining restaurant. We had a $100 gift card to use...and total bill for 4 (including tax/tip) was around $350."
    Dined on 2/15/2014
  • "This place is not easy to locate, (fyi it is in the Miracle Mile shops) and the food was not worth the effort it took to locate it. And for the price, you can find much much better."
    Dined on 2/13/2014
  • "If you are not willing to leave the strip then it is pretty good but other brazilian steak houses in town are better and less crowded."
    Dined on 2/15/2014
  • "As always they have delivered. It's a nice restaurant doe very special ocassions. You wont be embarrassed. I would have given a 5 star if the meat would have been more often, like overlapping table hopping. We had to literally wait for them to come by soon. Also I asked for a well done meet for my husband, never came back as promised. Oh well! Cant win them all."
