After compairing this restaurant to Texas de Brazil, hands down Texas de Brazil wins. When waiting for upto 20 minutes for a server with the meat only to see an empty skewer we were very disappointed. The chicken was very dry on top of that. We won't be back.

Typical Brazilian steakhouse experience, casual. Nice variety of meats and pretty nice selection at the salad bar. Worth it if you get a coupon (they are everywhere), otherwise pricey. Bring your appetite, it is a ton of food if you want to try a little of everything.

I was visiting in Vegas for the weekend and decided to try this restaurant. I made reservations in advance. Upon arriving, there were patrons staggered all about the entrance bored to death from what I presumed waiting. The three people at the front desk completely failed to greet us upon arriving. Once acknowledged, I let them know we had reservations, however, to no surprise they said that they had been overbooked. They offered to sit us at the bar, begrudgingly we obliged since we had another engagement. The seating was uncomfortable, making our entire meal a nightmare. The Salad bar was bland and the food appeared to have been sitting for a while. The meats were a hit or miss as some were very savory and other lacked flavor.

We had a group of 10. The buffet was good but the meat was outstanding. Especially liked the mouth watering pork that was the best I have ever had. It was fun to have the waiters shave off a piece of the meat right at your plate. Especially enjoyed the fried bananas.

Me and my date, was there at 12:30 pm for lunch and it took forever to get a sit and it was empty in there, and it took forever to get waited on, and the food was cold. It's was not a good place to go on a date. If you is hungry and do care about the service and knot a big tipper than this is the place to go. And it's not cheap.

Reservation at 5pm on time and walked right in. Curtis was the center of our awesome evening. His leadership role was right on by guiding us through the menu and options. Service was timely and yet not overwhelming or pestering. He assisted us in getting the various servers to us so we were constantly take care of. While we had not planned on having dessert once he showed us the options we could not resist.

I was given vouchers to this restaurant for 6 people. I didn't want to waste it. I wanted to give the restaurant a try. After reading reviews, I wanted to see for myself what it was like. I planned to go to the Brazilian restaurant in San Francisco. Pampas was ok. Grilled Pineapple, mashed potatoes, and bacon-wrapped chicken was awesome. The family loved it. Should have had more food choices at the buffet though. The meats were good even though some were dry and tough. For $53, we didn't get served 14 different meats. It was 5. We kept asking for the same meat because we didn't see anything else different. One card stayed green. Vouchers came in handy though.

Pampas LV was just as the rest of the reviews said. Good but not great. The service was great. The desserts were great. The salad bar was great. But the main pull of the restaurant was the Brazilian BBQ. And it was not great. The flank steak was tough as were the rest of the beef samples. The pork was great and so was the lamb. The nice thing about this place is that its a very social way to eat. I give them 7/10. However I would go again with friends.

This is probably not a fair review, because we had a late lunch and were not hungry enough to order their wonderful grilled meat special presentation. We decided to order from the regular menu. Although we made a reservation, there was a long wait. Unfortunately, my husband's steak was awful! He ordered it medium rare, and when it arrived, it was beyond well-done. It was like shoe leather with no taste left. (in fairness to the restaurant, my husband should have sent it back.) I ordered the bouillabaisse, and it was okay. it was huge, and much of the seafood was overcooked. After all that complaining, we have eaten here in the past, and when we ordered their specialty, we loved it! We will return, but after a light lunch!

I would not recommend this place when you have so many other options in Vegas. It doesn't even come close to being as good as Fogo de Chao or Texas de Brazil, which are comparable restaurants in style but not quality. The food was slow coming around and the quality of the meat was average. We ordered the surf and turf and our seafood didn't come out until we were ready to leave. Overall, I have visited Vegas many times and would advise all to eat elsewhere and avoid this place. There are plenty of other options where you could better spend your money.

The Pampas experience was dissatisfying from the moment my large group walked through the door. We showed up on time for a res, waited for 20 minutes to be seated and were tucked away in a corner of a private room that was far but private, with 3 other large parties. We were seated for 45 minutes before a drink order was taken, even after speaking with management and alerting the server who was assigned to our table after about 20 minutes. The drinks arrived slowly and we mistakenly chose the "all you can drink" option, which means that they will bring drinks for your 60 minute time slot as slowly as possible. This is without mentioning the food, overly salted and over cooked. Do whatever you can to avoid this sham of an establishment.

Great food, great service for the most part but no wifi! Normally it wouldn't be a huge deal but I couldn't access my Groupon coupon for my pre-paid meal for 2. I had the confirmation email but they wouldn't accept it. I am from Canada so turning on my phone service would incur high roaming and data charges. I could clearly see that there was a wifi service available on my phone but my server insisted that there was no wifi and suggested I walk all the way back to the casino, pull up the coupon, and come back or pay full price. I should have printed the coupon before travelling instead of assuming that the restaurant would have wifi. However, they should also make sure that international customers can easily access their pre-paid meals.

We had a 'Living Social" for two for a Steak & Seafood extravaganza. A sampler of 3 seafoods presented, only shrimp was tasty. Green means "ready" for more, Red means "not ready", meat servers still insisted on interrupting our conversations to ask if we wanted meats, which only 2 were satisfying, pork & flank steak. Chicken was so overcooked, dry & a few pcs tasted like leftovers. Salad bar was just ok, I wasted impressed. My Mojita was the saving grace throughout my meal; it was one of the best I've ever enjoyed. Dessert selection was very nice and our choice was delicious. Our server sometimes forgot us and when we asked a meat server for plates for our meat selections, he pointed us in the direction of salad bar vs getting them.

I made a special reservation for someones birthday. Upon arrival we were promptly seated and that is where it went down hill. The server took over 20 mins to greet us. Once she greeted us we asked for water and 2 drinks. She never explained how the service worked to us with how to get the meat selections and she didn't make any recommendations to us when asked. She pretty much barely checked on us again. We were not the only ones with the issue and it was brought to the attention of the female manager by one of the tables seated next to us. She was told that all of our tables were having issues with the server. The manager didn't come over to each individual table and address or fix the issue.

We received a free voucher through a timeshare event (so we wouldn't have gone of it wasn't one of the only options) and it was fine, but not great. The salad bar was bare and the food was bland. The only saving grace here was the bacon wrapped filet- pretty darn good. Our service was nice as well. Of all of the options in Vegas, I guess I expect all of the restaurants to be amazing.

Sirloin was incredible!!! Best flavor, juicy, able to cut plenty of rare slices. Chicken was way overcooked and dry -- tried 2 different batches and both were the same. Second time we've been at Pampas Las Vegas. This visit wasn't quite the service we had on our first visit a couple of years ago, but not horrible (just not what we expected). The guys bringing around the meat seemed to miss the side of the restaurant we were on, and we finally asked our main server to have someone come by. There also didn't seem to be enough of them circling the restaurant, which was rather busy (and loud). We got a great deal, though, by bringing in school supplies and getting one dinner free! YAY!

Salad/hot bar is fairly well stocked with decent choices. However, the mashed potatoes were very bland and cool to cold temperature wise. Crab cakes were 90% breading, cold and dry. Cold salad items were fairly good. The meat, other than the chicken legs, were all tough. In fact there wasn't one item they brought by I can recommend. Very disappointing since that is the main reason you go to these places. Our waiter was nice and helpful, but the people delivering the meats table side were not and seemed genuinely upset they were even there. Very glad I did not pay for the meal!

From the moment you arrive at your table to the moment you leave the service is excellent. The wait staff are there to make sure you are taken care of. The food is excellent a great selection of Brazilian cooked meats and fish. Try the grilled pineapple it is light and refreshing. Throw caution to the wind and try a bit of everything. You will not be disappointed with anything you choose on their menu. For a full experience try the surf and turf dinner. We will definitely be back.

We were excited to try Pampus becuz we have enjoyed similar Brazilian restaurants. But we were let down, initially due to the lack of attention when we were stated for at least 15 minutes before or server acknowledged us. Then the meats that were served by a seemingly unhappy staff that did not bother to describe what we were being offered. The meats lacked that great brazilian marinated flavor but were not lacking in SALT! The highlight of or meal was the salad bar which had some great marinated mushrooms and artichoke hearts, but I can buy those at the store for a lot less than $50 a person
