Sirloin was incredible!!! Best flavor, juicy, able to cut plenty of rare slices. Chicken was way overcooked and dry -- tried 2 different batches and both were the same. One meat server would never go past half way into the dining room with her selection. Would highly recommend for hungry carnivores. Ignore the sides and just go for the meats!

Second time we've been at Pampas Las Vegas. This visit wasn't quite the service we had on our first visit a couple of years ago, but not horrible (just not what we expected). The guys bringing around the meat seemed to miss the side of the restaurant we were on, and we finally asked our main server to have someone come by. There also didn't seem to be enough of them circling the restaurant, which was rather busy (and loud). We got a great deal, though, by bringing in school supplies and getting one dinner free! YAY!

Salad/hot bar is fairly well stocked with decent choices. However, the mashed potatoes were very bland and cool to cold temperature wise. Crab cakes were 90% breading, cold and dry. Cold salad items were fairly good. The meat, other than the chicken legs, were all tough. In fact there wasn't one item they brought by I can recommend. Very disappointing since that is the main reason you go to these places. Our waiter was nice and helpful, but the people delivering the meats table side were not and seemed genuinely upset they were even there. Very glad I did not pay for the meal!

It was a little expensive. For four people, our bill came out to $260 which we felt was a little expensive especially since we did not order any drinks and just had only one dessert. Luckily, we had a $200 gift certificate.

From the moment you arrive at your table to the moment you leave the service is excellent. The wait staff are there to make sure you are taken care of. The food is excellent a great selection of Brazilian cooked meats and fish. Try the grilled pineapple it is light and refreshing. Throw caution to the wind and try a bit of everything. You will not be disappointed with anything you choose on their menu. For a full experience try the surf and turf dinner. We will definitely be back.

We were excited to try Pampus becuz we have enjoyed similar Brazilian restaurants. But we were let down, initially due to the lack of attention when we were stated for at least 15 minutes before or server acknowledged us. Then the meats that were served by a seemingly unhappy staff that did not bother to describe what we were being offered. The meats lacked that great brazilian marinated flavor but were not lacking in SALT! The highlight of or meal was the salad bar which had some great marinated mushrooms and artichoke hearts, but I can buy those at the store for a lot less than $50 a person

This was my first experience dining in a Brazilian style restaurant. It was really a nice experience. I liked the idea or having such a variety of foods to eat. The server were very generous and were constantly there asking if we wanted to try different meats. It was well worth the money because they were there to keep you full. A nice touch was it was my birthday and the server brought me a huge piece of cheesecake with a candle. Very nice restaurant and employees.

The food, particularly the meats, was good with lots of Brazilian/South American spices that made everything really full of flavor. The meats were well-cooked and tender overall. The staff serving food were great but the hostesses and waitresses really didn't seem up to quality and did the minimum with the wrong attitude. I saw one waiter for another group who seemed to know how it was done though, bringing out a tray of desserts and really selling them, whereas our waitress seemed put out when we were finally able to flag her down to ask if there were any desserts. She only mentioned three (we saw more on tray) using three words. Just really off-putting.

Service was extremely slow but was super busy during lunch. Meats were well prepared but only passed around a few times so we got up to get seconds on salad bar. Seafood isn't worth the extra $ stick with the meats you won't be disappointed. Location is tough to find inside Planet Hollywood.

This was our 2nd time around.First time we were sat in the corner and the meat servers did not come around as often.2nd time Service was not good at all. We had to ask the waiter for another round of surf n turf and drinks after waiting 45 mins for the first round. Dont know if he forgot about our table or not but after waiting we asked him for drinks and another plate of surf n turf, he then attended to us more often like he should have been in the first place and apologized numerous times. We were sitting in the middle this time so we shouldnt of been missed. Food was awesome. Environment was great but don't know if we will return. do not want to have to wait that long for food(seafood) when we can just go to a buffet and get immediately.

Groupon was for the full experience with surf and turf. The seafood was all over cooked and so was a lot of the other meats. the Brisket, pork tenderloin and chicken were pretty good along with a few of the side dishes. my wife enjoyed the Lime Mojito, but that was about it. Staff was friendly enough and helpful.

It's great to get such a variety of steaks. They even had lamb, chicken, and sausage. My wife did order the $17 lobster tail which was supposed to be 6oz. It turned out to be more like 4oz, which was a little disappointing. Overall though, it is like a buffet of meats, which is great. Even my 4 year old daughter loves to eat here.

My husband and I both ordered the Meat Robizo option, which came with 13 different meats and the unlimited salad/side bar, along with parmesan biscuits. I'm pretty sure we only got 9 or 10 meats in and never got around to the last choices, as we were way too full. All meats were good. Nothing that you'd need to write home about. The salad and side bar was mediocre. Plenty to choose from, like green salad (and toppings), pasta salads, other cold salads, fruit, cheese, and several hot side items, but none of it was terribly delicious - just so-so. If you're looking for a Brazilian option in Vegas, I'd recommend Samba's at The Mirage. The meats seemed better and the side dishes are AMAZING! They come to your table, hot from the kitchen.

I've been to many Brazilian Steakhouses over the year and this one was in line with most others. The meats were excellent, the side dishes ranged from OK to great. Our party of four ordered one vegetarian option and three Ultimate Seafood. The salmon, shrimp and whitefish were amazing, the crab, less so. Great service and the server even discounted the meal when we left most of the crab uneaten.

The food at pampas was so deliscous, it was hard to stop eating it all. If you're willing to spend a little extra dough for a fabulous night out, this is the best bang for your buck. The only downside was that we got seated in the busy mall area and felt rather distant from the restaurant. There were tired shoppers who came to sit at the table beside us. However, food was fantastic, service was tremendous, atmosphere (when inside) was amazing. Without a doubt, we will be back again and will be recommending to others.

We enjoyed the meats, most were cooked to a well done, so if you want other than well, you'll need to tell your waiter. We only got one of the chicken pieces before we stopped, but it was tasty. A nice feature of their menu is that you can order an entree and the salad bar... that is what I would choose next time as all the beef began to taste the same - good but all we seemed to get was beef so I would have gotten more variety by getting one meat entree and the salad bar.

Pampas was really good meat. The salad bar was ok, but the meat is where it is at. Make sure you get small cuts so you can try everything cause all the meats are sooooo good. The service was a little lacking, but that could have been do to the fact it was PACKED. With the restaurant being full the sound is a little louder, but that is to be expected. We were sat close to the salad bar, nice. Overall, this was a great place to eat. I would recommend making reservations for later in the day.

As a first time visitor to Pampas I was nervous as we had recently had an extremely poor experience at a neighborhood Brazil themed steakhouse. From the moment we arrived we could tell it would be better. The restaurant is off the beaten path in the Planet Hollywood hotel and unfortunately the first host who appears to be hustling people to come in is a little tacky we arrived early for our reservation and they took us right in. Our waiter seemed to be having the worst day of his life and didn't appear to care that his diners could tell tarnished the experience a little however the servers carrying the meats were wonderful and very pleasant. The salad bar was in the very back and didn't seem cold enough but it had a decent selection.
