After ten years in the northeast, Paloma is now serving superb French-Mexican fusion cuisine in Bella Vista. This highly-acclaimed fine dining restaurant will forever change the way you think of Mexican food. There are no nachos, burritos or sauces covered in melted cheese. Chef-owner Adán Saavedra combines Mexican ingredients with French cooking techniques to produce dishes that are refined, elegant, beautiful and full of flavor without the heat of spice. We will, of course, gladly accommodate those who prefer more chile heat! Our extensive dessert selection changes often and is completely house-made. Chocolate-orange layer cake and white chocolate cajeta cheesecake are usually available, as is a broad array of sorbets made with fresh fruit. There are special items for more adventurous diners, including an incendiary mango-habanero sorbet. Parking: Street Parking
Parking Details: As of 8/5, the parking lot we were renting for the use of our guests was sold and has closed. There is a free public parking lot on the north side of Christian Street between 7th and 8th. Most on-street parking is time-limited; several are not, so read the signs carefully. The 700 block of Catharine street has 4-hour parking on the north side. Parts of 8th Street are wholly unrestricted.
