Chef-owner Adán Saavedra combines Mexican ingredients with French cooking… techniques to produce dishes that are refined, elegant, beautiful and full of flavor without the heat of spice. We will gladly accommodate those who prefer more chile heat!
Desserts are unique and wholly house-made, including special items for more adventurous diners, such as an incendiary mango-habanero sorbet. Vegetarian and gluten-free options abound. If you have dietary restrictions, let us know in advance and we'll accommodate them.
