"Palma is a hidden gem in NYC. With great outdoor space in their garden, fresh food and charming service, I find myself returning to Palma and only wondering why I don't dine there more often. Be sure to try the arincini, and the cauliflower! If you're looking for place to do a private, intimate dinner in NYC that will wow guests, check out their carriage house where they host private parties."

"I've been wanting to go to Palma since we moved to the area, and finally got a reservation last Friday. It more than lived up to expectations. The bar tender was so friendly and gave us some tips on where to watch the UK Premier League (!) and mixed us up the most incredible berry mohito, which just about everyone at the bar had a sip of. The food and service were faultless. Every starter was a sensation, the arancini balls, the calamari (melt in your mouth) and meatballs are a must. My mushroom pasta was tasty and fresh, without the heaviness of cream you often find at other places. Finally, we topped it off with a chocolate souffle...which answered everything you would want from a chocolate pudding. I can't recommend it enough."

"We had a great dinner here on April 7. Food, service and atmosphere, all top-notch. Everything about our experience was just perfect. We had a nice romantic dinner for two, and there was a party of six next to us – the restaurant suited both styles equally well! It’s not huge, so make a reservation, and sit in the garden if the weather is nice! VERY highly recommended, I expect we’ll go back here next time we’re in the village."

"It was the perfect spot for Easter dinner. Place is totaly charming. Love the decor...makes you feel as if you aren't in the bustle of the city. Food was also great. Risotto balls awesome! Totally go back. Main room is fest for a nice relaxing dinner. Outside patio is great on a spring nit and the carriage house is awesome for big groups. Totally love."

"Very authentic dining experience. Cozy, and the garden feels like your sitting in Italy. Waiter was great, food was delicious. The sea bass was delicious as well as the pasta special. The warm choco soufle for desert was incredible. Very personal feeling, as if you are visiting a warm Italian home, you will not be just another guest as in most restaurants."

"We had a fantastic anniversary dinner at Palma the other night, and we were blown away! It was fabulous... the risotto balls ( appetizers) where incredible as was the pasta special and my Bronzino was cooked to perfection, with a delicate smattering of herbs. The main courses were not to outdone by the decadent deserts... and we had three! The Tiramisu was divine as was the panna cotta dotted with balsamic, and the cheese cake was perfect! The chef was fabulous, totally sweet and down to earth.
We look forward to another dining experience at Palma very soon!"

"ONe of the two waitresses was clearly unpolite and disrespectful.
The other one was really nice though.
Foodwise it was good quality food, mediterrenean style. Recommend the artichoks and the chocolate cake.
No reservation was needed"

"The garden is outstanding...we sat in the garden on a spring night. Service was attentive, but not hovering, and our server made some great recommendations (most notably the artichoke tempura). wonderful dinner, especially the fresh fish of the day. we will definitely return. not cheap, but a value for the atmostphere and the service."
