Our reservations were for 5:30, as you walk in you are met by the Maître d' who graciously welcomes you. Beautiful setting, white linen topped tables shaded by large trees in a beautiful dinning patio Service could not be better.....never felt rushed yet they always seemed to anticipate our next need. Very attentive throughout the evening. Dinner war exquisite .....started with a chilled soup, perfect on a hot evening. One was a baby split pea in cream the other was a tomato-avocado soup. Excellent! The menu large with many great choices. Two had the crispy duck with cherry sauce, one rack of lamb and the other seared beef. Have never had a better prepared or presentation of a meal. Give it "8 stars" if I could,...More

Chez Pierre is superior to anything else I have been going to here in the Choachella Valley. There are several restaurants with great food, top amd top service, but no one comes close to the personal attention you get from the chef and owner of Chez Pierre, Pierre himself. I went to Chez Pierre the very first time last week. My wife and I reserved a table for 5:30 PM (early for dinner), but it was already filling-up fast. Here is why Chez Pierre in different; basically everbody who came for dinner was a regular. Pierre, a very french chef, was personally greeting, small talking, and joking with his guests. It felt like we were invited to a private party somewhere in a little town near Paris. We loved it very much....More
