They had some issues with the temperature of my steak but they graciously remade the steak until it was perfect. The manager, Ronny, was very attentive and wanted it to be perfect. The food is generally impeccable and the service outstanding. On this occasion my wife tried the veal parm and it was not to her liking. I tried it as well and agreed. The food was EXCELLENT and the staff very attentive and accommodating. The place was not overly crowded so the noise level was good. They offer a kids menu which is always a plus when you visit a more upscale establishment to celebrate special occasions. We took our 17 year old son for his first experience and he loved it! The Caesar salad is the best we've ever had - fresh greens, dressing nicely incorporated, tangy, salty, not soggy, not fishy, homemade buttery croutons and perfect amount of Parmesan. The bone- in ribeye was tender, flavorful and cooked perfectly - we ordered it on the rare side of medium-rare. The 3-pound lobster was succulent and soooooo yummy! The green beans were amazing. We were too full to order dessert but would have probably opted for the carrot cake had we been able. Great food, outstanding service, and nice ambiance. Here is my problem with them: limited menu items and very pricey. I expect the high prices given they are located in the Hard Rock, but why not offer a few more choices? Both were cooked to perfection. The lobster was fresh and served with clear, drawn butter. The table side service was friendly and professional. The wait staff cracked the lobster claws and pulled the meat within easy access.
The main course is very filling. I don't recommend the caesar salad for $16, as it was a simple salad, nothing special. For the price, I expected the salad to be prepared table side. Everything they brought out was fantastic and our steaks had been cooked perfectly. We enjoyed this meal as much as the rest of the day. A meal we will remember!!! Along with it being my birthday, 837 Club members receive a 3 lb. lobster (or other entree) complimentary. Since we were on vacation, we wanted to check out the Orlando location as well. Situated in the Hard Rock Hotel and with accessibility from the parking lot, it was easy to find. We were greated at the hostess stand and taken to our table immediately. Our server was great - fun and friendly. I was surprised how many people booked a reservation on Christmas day, but when you're in a resort area, the restaurants are open and serving up great food for us vacationers.
