We chose the Palm Westside because I have been there several times in the past, and was never disappointed. But, I have to say, this visit was over the top! She is very abrupt and does not listen to the customer but has an attitude. The food is excellent and wait staff is very competent and gets you out within an hour for lunch. Great reliable place to eat. Food quality is very tasty. Between the excellent food with portions worth sharing or take-homes (even better), food presentation, service, reception and ambience you're bound to be a hit when recommending Palm West. I had what I call a lobster to dance with as they start at 3.5 lbs and it was as sweet, tender and delicious as always.
