This is probably our favorite restaurant and we seek it out wherever we travel because we know that we can depend on an exceptional experience. Our last dinner was a celebration of our grandson's college graduation, in Miami and, as usual, we had a grand evening. Our personal favorites are the lobster, steak, creamed spinach and, of course, either a Monday Night Salad or a Wedge. The cocktails are first class and so is the wine list. We travel an hour and a half to Bay Harbor Isle; so are not able to enjoy this fine dining as often as we did when there was a Palm in Coral Gables. My Salmon was very delicious and perfectly prepared. The Caesar Salad is always the best. Wife had veal marsala and cleaned her plate. Son had his favorite new york strip steak medium rare and he was totally satisfied. Key Lime pie is always excellent.
