The manager was so generous in regards to the experience, but from now on NEVER will I order lobster from the Palm....only the GREAT and TASTY steaks!!!!!5/25/2013 12:00:00 AMBirthday Dinner!Took my wife here for her birthday dinner. Although it was our second time dining here, the first time was in a large group setting. This time it was just her and I. The service was exceptional, our server (Kim) even commended a wine that we absolutely fell in love with, the menu pricrs are reasonable and the food is amazing. Thank you!!!5/17/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat food but questionable serviceI went to the Palm with my family after graduation - I really thought highly of the restaurant after dining in their Midtown West location in NYC several times, so I thought this one would be on par. The food was excellent, though the menu seemed a bit different (was looking for the prime rib). However, the service left quite a bit to be desired for the caliber of restaurant at which we were eating. Our server was very pleasant and generally good, but often forgot a number of things, such as the water without ice my mother ordered, or the hot water she asked for after that. Even the busboys forgot to get the order in.
