"A-MAZ-ING! Took a good friend there for lunch on her birthday and we were treated like royalty. Palm never disappoints because they always have the best service, great wine list, and out of this world food. Can't wait to go back :)"

"Palm is always good. Service this time was a little off as we had a new person (very rare.) And it took an hour and a half to eat two salads at a business lunch.the water guy stepped in on a couple of occasions and everything was fine. If the palm could control the noise in their restaurant, I would rate it number one in Houston, but it is always so loud it is hard to hear each other. Food is excellent always.lobster salad is the best."

"Service not quite up to par. We ordered a bottle of wine but after 10 minutes or so waiter came and told us they don't have it. He recommended another bottle of wine which cost a little more. After we finished the first bottle, we want to order another one but the waiter said that was the only one. So he recommended another bottle wine which is again a little more expensive. After bought it to our table he left and was busy taking care of another table. My guests were sitting there with empty glass. So we finally waive down an assistant and asking him to open the bottle. Not sure what the policy is...he went and get someone else to open our bottle of wine. It is rather embarrassing since we invited our friends to dine with us."

"One word describes every dish--bland. The appetizers, the steaks, the side dishes. Not much flavor to anything. The entrees were probably the biggest disappointment. Both the rib eye and the filet were poor cuts of meat and poorly cooked. This place is way overpriced. If you really want a good deal for about the same amount of money--go to Perry's."
