  • "We came here for a romantic date to celebrate our anniversary. The food was AMAZING, but if you are looking for an environment to take someone that you would like to carry on a conversation without screaming to be heard (literally) you may want to look elsewhere. We mentioned to our waitress that we could not hear each other, nor could we hear her (hoping she would offer us a different table in a quieter location) but were simply told sorry, it's Saturday night. Other than the noise, the food was to die for, well worth the price!!"

  • "This was the annual overnight trip my son and I plan with our spouses to celebrate our bdays. We have both been to the Palm in NY and was expecting a similar exp. Instead what we got was one of the most unenjoyable experiences. For the money spent at the Palm we had expected a lot more. The noise level was atrocious. It was so loud that the four of us at a table could not hear each other. There was no sign of management trying to control people who were obnoxiously loud. As for the food 2 of us had lobster and it was far from the best lobster I have eaten. The lobster was not sweet at all. At no pint in time did a manager come by and ask how things were. I would avoid this res unless you want avg food and a headache for a lot of money."

  • "My husband and I went here on a Wednesday night. We had a 7:30 reservation and we were greeted and sat right away. Nightly specials and extensive wine list. Scallop appetizer is very good. Service was excellent and on top of things. My husband had the filet it was excellent. I had the sea bass which was very good as well. I would recommend dining here. We were not rushed and food arrived at table hot. Overall great experience."

  • "The Palm had a variety of delicious drinks to choose from. The scallop wrapped in bacon appetizer was excellent but the escargot stuffed mushroom was tasteless. Everyone's main course was excellent! You can always count on a premium steak from The Palm cooked to perfection. As was the swordfish for the non meat eater. Dessert can not be missed. The flourless chocolate cake was divine! So silky and rich. Although everyone else loved the donuts with dipping sauce. Either way you win! The only downfall I would say is the lack of ambiance or atmosphere in the dinning room. Low ceiling and lack of design doesn't add anything to the experience. Next time I may request to sit near the bar. Our server was very friendly and helpful."

  • "There were 6 of us (some very picky eaters) and not one complaint! Our waitress was extremely friendly, enthusiastic and attentive. The noise level was a little too loud for our liking. It was difficult to hear some of our conversations due to excessive sound from other tables. It would be nice if they would consider decor options which would help absorb this excessive noise. We loved every course and will definitely be back!"

  • "The food was fine, but for $200 I expected much more. I had a New York strip. It was cooked properly and very tasty, but the cut was tough and difficult to slice. My date had a filet. The ends were a bit burnt but otherwise she enjoyed it. The creamed spinach was a little too creamy, swimming in heavy cream that overwhelmed the dish. Overall, I've had much better steakhouse experiences for half the cost. Would not recommend."

  • "I had an amazing time . The comics on the walls confused me and my group a little but by the time we got our food we totally forgot about it . The food was on point. I had the rib eye and the portions are very large so I shared with my friends . And the waiters where so professional and engaging . One of the waiters even helped is figure out what night club we should go to . All and all my experience was wonderful and I will come back ."

  • "My dinner, kale salad and seafood risotto was good, however the dessert, creme caramel, was much too sweet and had a strange texture . I tasted the escargot stuffed mushrooms which didn't have enough garlic or other seasonings. Tasteless. The Chicken Parm one if my companions ordered was heavily breaded but also could have used more seasoning. My other friend said the salmon was good but the portion was small. Chicken portion was huge. It was very noisy!"

We were pleasantly surprised to find that The Palm had very generous portions. We anticipated being served smaller portions since we were dining at a casino restaurant. We had eaten at Nero's another evening and were served portions that were miniscule. We were thrilled to find out that The Palm wasn't following the same practice of trimming portion sizes to make up for charging lower prices for the Restaurant Week event."

  • "The food was outstanding, as usual, however this was the first time that the service was so poor. Our server was extremely rude. I was highly offended when she tried to clear side dishes and my entire table was served dessert before I was finished with my meal. That tells me that she obviously did not value me as a guest. There was more to the dining experience that was unpleasant, but I've emailed those details directly to the restaurant; this was the icing on the cake. I love to go to The Palm when I'm in Atlantic City but if this is their new standard for service I will likely not return. *Based on this experience on would not recommend to a friend, although in the past I have many times."

Staff, Food, Beverages Location......PERFECT. My husband loves salmon and said his was the best he has ever had. I had the skirt steak, fork tender. Ann Marie and Juan were the best in the service category. Can not wait to go back. Thank You for a wonderful evening."

Two people in our party ordered the lobster bisque soup and thought it was excellent. Everyone enjoyed their salad and their meals. The only thing that was not as good as expected were the french fries. I would strongly recommend the Palm, and would like to return myself at some point."
