The presentation, the combination of flavors, and the services were all top notch. Great, flavorful, tender short ribs and all of the wines were well paired for each course. Service was very good, although they were busy on Friday night and the main course was a little slow coming out of the kitchen. It wasn't a big deal as we were pretty satisfied after the appetizers and in no rush. They gave my wife a free glass of wine without us even complaining about the wait. We've never had brunch there, although I hear that it's outstanding. Great spot for a quiet lunch. Dinner reservations are easy to get as it's located in the middle of Eisenhower Park and a lot of people don't really know about it. You don't even notice it if you're driving through the park, so there's no 'foot traffic'. From the initial greeting from the valet's, reception staff as well as outstanding wait staff all were super friendly, helpful and made for a really enjoyable evening. The restaurant décor and ambiance were great as well.
Didn't rate the food highest score as I was personally a little disappointed in the seafood entrée I chose but honestly it may have just been my choice as my friends really enjoyed their dinners.

The food, the presentation, the charming service, the attention to detail, the exquisite ambiance does make the Palm Court a perfect choice for a special occasion, but don't just save the Palm Court for special occasions since the price is comparable and even less than any other good restaurant. Check out the prices and you will be pleasantly surprised. Presentation was top shelf. Our server made great wine recommendations and we tried a couple of tastings. He was spot-on in his descriptions! They have a really robust calendar of events planned at the Palm Court.
