"For our party of three, this was a return trip to a neighborhood favorite. We were excited to compose our tasting menu from so many options for small plates/starters. New to me was a grilled romaine cesaer salad in which the grilling added a balanced touch of bite to the dish which included those wonderful mild white anchovies. The pork belly-chard combo was tasty, though personally I found it a tad too salty. Great ambiance for a trio of women."

"Walked out after waiting an hour for soup. Watched all the tables around us get their food when we were there first. All that was said to us was just a couple more minutes by two different waiters. Management watched us leave without a word."

"We went to Palette on the recommendation of a couple of friends, and after meeting a close associate of the the chef, who was also enthusiastic. We went to celebrate a close friend's success at having a significant job offer. I had indicated this on my OpenTable reservation.

Boy, did they deliver! Justin, our waiter, was excellent, well-versed in the menu and the wine menu, and fun to interact with. The chef made sure that we were very well taken care of, including a special toast and an lovely amuse-bouche.

The standard experience without the perks--that is, a normal dinner--was also wonderful. Some creative cocktails are offered, the wine list is well chosen, and the main courses range from non-threatening to very creative."
