This trip we took a couple of friends who had never had the pleasure to dine at Palermo. We were not disappointed. We've been twice and really enjoyed it. Steaks are cooked with special grills (asado syle) and brought to you on a table top grill (parilla) to keep the steak warm. They have an excellent selection of sides but we have to get the garlic french fries each time. The menu offers a variety but the free range beef is superb but the menu has other well worthwhile items when you want something else. The Rabas or calamari is tasty and the sauce is typical for latin american cuisine. The chicken is grilled and seasoned to perfection and do not overlook the postres (desserts) their flan is the best in town but as with most flans any latino(a) will argue that their grandmothers is the best.
