If you are arranging an important gathering, our Special Events planner assists in creating a memorable reception, lunch, dinner or any special event. From simple cheese + wine tastings to elaborate multi-course wine dinners, no two parties are alike. In addition to our special event rooms, palate food + wine can be used exclusively for your party on a case by case basis with a maximum capacity of 170 people.

palate food + wine is a wine-centric restaurant and wine merchant, wine bar and cheese cellar that focuses on the natural relationship between cuisine and wine. This is realized through the thoughtful selection and preparation of the unique ingredients and attributes of our palette, allowing guests to create and enjoy pairings for the mind, mouth and memories. Occupying the ground floor of the seven-story 1929 Bekins building turned wine-storage vault, palate is a vibrant gathering place in an inspiring setting designed to nurture a sense of community among lovers of delicious food and great wine and the farmers and wine producers so instrumental to the art of eating—and drinking.

Reservations are available for the main dining room, wine bar tables, cellar communal tables, library + lounge. Bar counter is available for walk-ins.
