Very large place with a lot of outdoor seating, many TV's. Could double as a sports bar. The food here is very good, super fresh and nicely presented. The margarita's were excellent. Highly recommended if you want good food, in a fun, energetic atmosphere... more of a young crowd.

The chef at Paladar has a way with flavors. No matter what we ordered from the extensive menu, we were pleasantly surprised- everything was delicious! Our server was helpful in guiding us through new and unknown seasonings and sauces. A delightful experience.

We were not really impressed with the food and the portions. It seemed like the items we ordered were too pricey for the quality received.

Food reminds me of something you would get at a chain restaurant. It wasn't bad but it wasn't that good. Its an easy restaurant to go to in that complex and does have a large outdoor patio and bar with tvs.

During wine and food festival weekend so that place wasn't very crowded. This is the second time going though. Most surprising dish was the tilapia crusted with pumpkin/plantain seeds...I normally don't order white fish unless it's mahi-mahi at a restaurant but this was so good I already will be ordering it the next time I go! The portions are big enough for 2!

They need to discover real cuban food recipes. Food was skimpy, cold, tasteless. Even the Sangria was poor.! Won't see us again, too many good choices in the area. They should go eat at Sazon on 73st and Collins and find out what real cuban food taste like...

I love grabbing an outside seat in January and February for lunch and enjoy horse circle. I have been coming to Paladar since they opened. There were a few kinks with the service previously, but I can see that all servers now are great. When you there, try the tilapia and avocado ceviche, paired with a cup a aromatic and sweet butternut squash soup. If you are in the mood of trying a great vegetarian dish, go for the portobello churasco with pesto sauce. It's amazing!

First time having dinner there after attending a Happy Hour event a few weeks prior. Food is as described....Latin comfort food and it's very good. Our server Stephen was on top of his game...knowledgeable about all the dishes and was able to give good recommendations based on each of our taste preferences. Will definitely be back.

  • Beautiful spot in the Gulftstream

Beautiful spot in the Gulftstream Village.. We were there at night and the dancing waters of the casino added to the ambience as we ate outside. Our only complaint of the night was that we asked for one of the dishes to be extra spicy and it was received quite bland. However they remedied it by bringing heavy duty spices to the table for addition. The service was beyond reproach with a very courteous waiter and the timing of the courses was perfect. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely make a return trip.

It was New Year's Eve so it was appropriately "zooey" Good location at Gulfstream and Wonderful for people watching. Very varied menu and excellent food. A wonderful neighborhood restaurant and probably an excellent destination restaurant as well- I LOVE IT IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. One of the best restaurants in Hallandale, by far.
