Wait staff is always friendly, informative, quick with recommendations and with genuine personality. It can get pretty loud, but they play good music and the decor/vibe are lively while still comfortable/casual. The only thing that was slightly annoying was that Pala called to confirm my reservation. I did not pick up the phone because I was at work and I had to call back and re-reserve. Enter: Pala. They make their own dough, have dedicated paddles, and make an amazing pie! This is definitely going to be my go-to spot.
