Packards at Innisbrook ResortPackardsExcellent NY Strip steak (although a little expensive at $52...)5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMWon't Rush Back to PackardsMy party of 4 went to Packards at the Innisbrook Resort on a Saturday night at 8:15p. While the restaurant clearly had a lot of tables available, they indicated that we would have a 10 minute wait. We went into the bar area and shared a bottle of wine during our wait. The wine list is extensive but the wine prices are a bit exorbitant. Our $16 retail Silver Palm Cab Sauv was $55 (3x mark-up). We had to go back to the hostess stand to remind them that we hadn't been seated. Our table was available but "the kitchen was slammed". They finally seated us. The French Onion Soup & salads were okay. Steaks were good but not great. Sides (mushrooms & spinach) were awful. Stick to Flemings...4/27/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat service and good foodGreat service and good food - comparable with Ruth Chris and Shula's3/30/2013 12:00:00 AMNice Surprise and convenientBeing a resort restuarant it was surprisingly good.
