They had fried oysters on the menu and we asked if we could have raw instead, no problem. The lamb chops, ceviche, and coconut shrimp were enjoyed by everyone. Nice for larger parties up stairs where the room is glassed in to isolate from the downstairs seating area which tends to be more energetic. A great treat for our son's graduation. He was very charming and attentive of our needs, and interested in our opinions on the menu, service and band. He was also apologetic, because the restaurant was being renovated at the time, however we did not care. We felt like we were on vacation! Recently, we returned from a very real vacation in Mexico, and our second weeknight experience at Pacifico was outstanding! Santiago, the manager, introduced himself and was also very interested knowing if we were enjoying ourselves. The food was absolutely delicious! We had to move fron the main dinning room because they where getting ready for some salsa night thing, we were upset for a minute when my friend told me to stay a see what's that salsa night, i have to tell you, we had a blast i have never been in a restaurant for more than 2 hours, our reservation was for 8pm we stay until 2am.

We loved everything! The guacamole was incredibly fresh and plentiful. The chips were warm. Steak Pinchot is now my favorite, tender and delicious with mushrooms! My husband and friend liked the calamari with Chipotle sauce. Also the crab croquettes and lamb meatballs were to die for.
