  • "Crowds of people are coming to the Pacific Prime at Valley Forge Casino. The word has certainly gotten out about the outstanding service you receive there & the delicious food you enjoy there. Our regular server Dana is still a great part of our dining pleasure. He is always professional in how he attends to our every need as we have our dinner & when we are finish eating and happy to have take home items for another day. He keeps our table clean and neat. He keeps our water glasses filled. He does a great job every time. Thank you to the General Manager Welles, Manager Octavio, and their staff for giving us a warm welcome. We really appreciate General Manager Welles; he makes us feel special whenever we dine at his restaurant."

  • "Overpriced, prices would make you believe top-notch steak house. Not so much. Service needs to improve, lots of little things - ex. grabbing clean knife to move it and place plate (who wants waiter barehanding unused utensils). Not replacing silverware before food arrived. Foie Gras was over cooked, big time, they did correct. Steak was overcooked but didn't complain, sure they would've fixed but expect it to be right the first time for $56 a steak. And I didn't want to wait to eat meal while the three others in my party ate."

  • "Soup: Mushroom Bisque. Entrée: Pan Cooked Salmon and succotash. Desert: Cheesecake The soup had an earthy taste and left chunks of mushroom so there was sustenance within the broth. The salmon was about what you would expect from a fine dining. I didn't enjoy the succotash as much nut I am from a farm area and am used to fresh vegetables. The cheesecake was delicious as usual"

We receive a warm welcome from Manager Octavio and General Manager Welles each time we go to the Pacific Prime. We love to talk with General Manager Welles who is very professional. He is thorough in managing his staff and great at making our dining experience a good one. Our server Dana takes care of us in the outstanding manner we have come to expect and cherish. He is the ultimate server and has not been topped. He keeps our table clean and organized. He gets our food to us in a timely manner.   • "We were in a hurry to get to the Pacific Prime at Valley Forge Casino. We were greeted warmly and our table was ready. We were so hungry that we could not sit at our table fast enough. Our regular server Dana was there and he got our dining underway immediately. He continues to be outstanding in servicing us and taking care of our dining needs. We started with the bread and it was delicious as usual; I found it hard not to eat more than one piece of it. My salad was filling and I could only eat a small amount of my main dish, but, it was sensational. We appreciated the attention we received from the staff and the Manager Octavio. We were, especially, happy to be able to talk with General Manager Wells who is simply a delight."

  • "We love the Pacific Prime at Valley Forge Casino! Our favorite seat was ready for us and we were well taken care of by Manager Wells and his staff. Eric was our server and he did a good job providing us with an enjoyable dining experience. He actually learned different things about what we like and made us happy with his attentiveness to details. Chef Sherrice prepared our meals and they were excellent. If I could eat all that I wanted and not have to worry, I would eat at the Pacific Prime every day. Thank you all!"

  • "The true test of a restaurant is not if it can hit the mark for one meal, but how often it can satisfy for multiple visits. Prime consistently hits that mark with service and food. That said, no one is perfect and we have, in the past, had that rare less-than-great entree, but the staff, and our preferred waiter, Dana, have always gone out of their way to make things right. On our last visit we had some amazing dishes prepared by sous chef Jay, who crafted some delicious courses of soup, steak, seafood and vegetables, preparing a menu that catered to our specific likes and dislikes as conveyed to him by our server, Dana. Every casino has a steak house, but Valley Forge's Prime seems to offer very good food with an attentive experience."

  • "Between the inclement weather and other commitments, we were not able to get to the Pacific Prime at Valley Forge Casino and we so missed our favorite place to dine. However, we were back and we were greeted warmly by the General Manager Wells, Manager Octavio, hostess Tiera, and other staff members. We had outstanding service from our regular server Dana. He was attentive, professional, and accurate with our order, and had remembered, still, our dining pleasures. He is a great server. We enjoyed fantastic food prepared by Chef Sherrice.   • "I read a few reviews of Pacific Prime before going and they had me second-guessing my plans, but I'm glad I went as I was really happy with it. My wife and I got two different cuts of steak and each shared half - so I can tell you from experience that both the Filet and the NY Strip were very good. Well cooked, flavorful. Side of potatoes are hard to mess up, but these were done a little differently and I really enjoyed the au gratin style. I would go back...."

The waiter said he would have someone bring them out and they never brought any oil to the table. This was a very minute mistake in an otherwise perfect evening."

The steaks were tender and tasty and we shared the asparagus which was prepared to a foodie's delight as well as the lobster Mac and cheese.   • "The first course, soup was not listed on the menu, nor was it told to us by our server, because Pacific Prime is known for seafood we speculated different dishes such as a seafood bisque, New England or Manhattan chowder..etc. What we received was a butternut squash puree with a dollop of sour cream in the middle. No fresh ingredients to the naked eye, looked and tasted like it was canned. The bib salad course was dry, meaning there was no dressing, no other vegetables, no salt or pepper. It was just lettuce with 2 cherry tomatoes lightly coated with canola oil, we ended up using the olive oil dipping sauce to give the salad flavor. We received 4 main courses because the first 2 were another tables, but when we got ours everything was dry."

  • "Every time I dine at Pacific Prime, it is a wonderful experience. I have never had more expertly cooked steak or seafood at any other restaurant. The scallops are some of the best I have ever had; they are much better than what I've had in New Jersey. The dessert menu seems to rotate regularly and I like that there is always something new to try. The creme brulee rice pudding caught my interest and did not disappoint. Nate has been our server a few times and he is always prompt and efficient, his recommendations are excellent and he makes each meal a special occasion. Having Nate as a server is another reason why I enjoy dining at Pacific Prime."

  • "The food was magnificent. It was prepared by Chef Sherrice perfectly. The seasonings were just so good I had a hard time stopping myself from eating long after my stomach had become full and I was getting too full. If it was not for the pain I feel when I have eaten too much I would have continued to eat everything on my plate and licked the plate clean. Our server Dana was his professional self and attentive to our dining pleasure even though the place was crowded. He is just a fine person and I really wish they had a reality show for servers so I could recommend him for the show. It was nice to be warmly greeted by the General Manager Wells and his fine hosting staff. We appreciate the Pacific Prime at Valley Forge Casino."

  • "I took my friend there to dinner for his birthday. My endive salad was wilted and soggy, as though it had been sitting in a hot kitchen for a long time with the dressing on it. The cut of steak, that my friend ordered, had so much gristle that he could not chew it and had to spit it out on his plate. The fish that I ordered was a better choice and the vegatables that came withit were quite nice. The wait staff was attentive without being annoying.,"

  • "After a month of holiday parties and dinners, it was simply a delight to return to the Pacific Prime at Valley Forge Casino and we were warmly welcomed by Manager Octavio. I wanted to shout out "There's no place like home!" We were amazed at our server Dana's skills. After we had been gone for this length of time he still remembered each of our dining pleasures. The food was grand and the service outstanding. We had missed Pacific Prime and its excellent staff and it was just good to be back at a place we have been able to count on for the best in both service and food preparation."

We went in through one door, which said Pacific Prime, and were re-directed towards the hostess in front of the part of the restaurant that had a big sign above that read Viviana. We sat and waited to be seated and when we were-- it was in the side that said Viviana although our reservation was clearly for Pacific Prime. This was made all the worse because we asked about the Pacific Prime menu and were told it was not available. Hmmm. So we ordered from the menu given and the Sea Bass we both ordered took 45 minutes to come out. All in all, this eating out took 2 and a half hours. Way too long on our first night out without twin three year olds. Dissappointing."

  • "It was our first experience and we were looking forward to it. I would not return for a holiday set menu. The courses arrived too soon. The food was fair. The servers tried very hard to make it a good experience but the entire meal was disappointing. Having said that, the ravioli was the only course I enjoyed. We've eaten at much better restaurant."
