Pacific Prime at Valley Forge CasinoleftoversMy only complaint is that when I opened my box of leftovers at home I found only an empty lobster shell. The waiter had taken my plate to the kitchen to box my food, but instead of boxing up all the lobster meat I had painstakingly taken from the shell & piled onthe side of my plate, he boxed up the empty shell!! Our regular server Dana was in and it is always a delight to receive his outstanding service. He remembers every little detail about our dining pleasure. The food was great again and I do not mind spending my Weight Watchers Points Plus on eating there. The new manager Octavia not only greeted us warmly, but, he also saw to it that our dinners were served and prepared outstandingly. Many surveys ask if the Manager has come to your table, when dining out, and we can honestly say "Yes, General Manager Wells takes the time from his busy schedule to speak to us, as his regular guests, when we come in. The place is extremely well appointed and no details are overlooked.
Service is as it should be, the right balance of warmth and restraint.
The food though is the star of the show and it was spectacular.
The ribeye with crab cake really hit every note for me. One of my all time favorite
Meals.
I will make many more trips and now to eat my way through the menu!

We were seated, per our request, earlier than our reservations with no issues. Décor is warm and inviting, although a little dark. Seating was comfortable and the layout was not at all cramped. However, our table was in a high traffic area, providing a good view of the variety of patrons one may come across at a casino. (A few times we were thankful for the dark lighting.) Waitstaff was accommodating to our every request and very attentive. The food itself was very good...well seasoned, perfectly cooked, lovely presentations, and wonderful flavors.
