  • "I ordered a strawberry lemonade it came in a plastic tumbler like a momentum glass with the hard plastic straws you see everywhere, I asked the waiter if I get to keep it since I couldn't imagine they would recirculate that kinda plastic straw etc, he said yes it comes with your drink, then I get my bill and they charged me 9.00 for my lemonade and an extra 5.50 for the cup they expected me to pay 14.50 for a glass of lemonade!!! We waited forever for our food n refills, waikiki hawaii!! Don't GO!"

  • "Maybe it was a poor choice, but I did not like the orange shrimp. I was not expecting the breaking to be so soggy. Otherwise the food was good. Had dumplings, excellent. The waiter was less than interested, I think that's because we weren't ordering alcohol. Low total bill=low tip, in his mind. The hostess was very nice and friendly."

  • "We were escorted to seat right font of kitchen entrance and it was pretty busy area and awfully hat and noisy. Waitress forgot to give me back my credit card and I had to go back to get it back on next day. Food was just OK. Nothing special in the taste."

  • "No complaints, manager was very attentive to time it took for food to arrive to table. 100% Excellent Service. Thank you."

  • "We've visited PF Chang on the mainland and it's always been fantastic, however this particular location did not live up to the quality of food that we've come to expect. All the dishes were bland and overpriced. We paid $80 for 2 appetizers, 2 main dishes, and 3 non alcoholic drinks. We sent one dish back because they brought us chicken instead of pork, but declined to order a replacement because the food was so bland. The Singapore spicy noodles were overcooked, no flavor, not sure what vegetables were used as they were all the same color. The sweet and sour pork tasted like something you would expect at fast food outlet. Very disappointing."

  • "Friends (fellow Aussies) recommended P.F. Changs in Waikiki to us and we were delighted with our experience. We loved the dumpling and prawn appetizers (we got 1 free from a voucher in one of the tourist pamphlets ... can't recall name of it). Our mains were even more delicious, definitely recommend the Mahi Mahi and the asparagus side. Our waitress was very friendly and provided excellent service. I would definitely go back."

  • "Our server was very attentive. The food was good. There was a little more flavor than other Chang's that I've visited"

  • "The food and service at the Waikiki PF Chang's reliable and good. We got right into our reservation in spite of the fact that it was a very busy night. We had kids with us and they were happy with the kid's menu, while the adults had a great meal too."

  • "This location is great, right in the heart of Waikiki in the Royal Hawaiin Center overlooking the Waikiki Beach Walk. Shop, Eat, Drink & people watch! Service was excellent and the food was too. Highly recommend this location if you enjoy PF Changs restaurants. If you haven't tried one, you should. The Mongolian beef is a favorite, as is the crispy honey shrimp and the hot and sour soup. Start off with the lettuce wraps appetizer too."

  • "We went there for Fathers Day. Food was tasty, the service was relatively quick, and our server was very knowledgable about their items, and was attentive to our requests. I would definitely go there again."

  • "we were not sure about this place so we went during happy hour. The chicken lettuce wraps tasted like Taco Bell. My son ordered the honey chicken for 19.99 and it was so saucy he did not eat even half of it. The crab wontons were the only thing we ordered that was good. The dynamite shrimp again was too saucy. Y0u do not need to smoother your food to make it taste good. The waitress never came to fill up our water glasses. Just not a nice evening and I feel that I wasted my money. A glorified Panda Express for sure."

  • "I've had good dining experiences at pf changs on the mainland, but the food quality at the Waikiki location was awful. Soggy string beans. Overcooked, dry, tasteless steak even though I requested medium rare. Avoid it."

  • "Made a last minute reservation to go down to eat right before fireworks show. Table was ready to go and got to sit outside. We ordered appetizers. Dumplings were very good, but spring rolls were not warm enough but still tasty. We couldn't log on to our Yelp app to sign in for a free appetizer, but the manager came over and gave it to us free anyway. Great service!! We order 4 main courses, which were very good and our server was very attentive. Overall a great place to eat with friends. "

  • "I had dinner with my wife on a Sunday night. The food and service was great. Unfortunately, I wasn't feeling very well and we couldn't finish our entrees. The manageress was obviously concerned that we hadn't finished our food and took the time to check that everything was ok. When I advised that I hadn't been well that day she also asked if there was anything she could do to help. For me this is excellent customer service and hopefully we will have a chance to return to P F Chang's in the future to enjoy their great food to the full - Thanks P F Chang's"

  • "Great food and service consistent with P F CHANGS reputation. Good location. Lots of traffic and high noise level which is distracting. Overl - good. "

  • "We decided last minute to go to P.F. Chang's. We had about thirty minutes to get to the restaurant, and had got there right at 7:00p.m. Even thought there lots of people around the front desk, they got us our table right away. The restaurant is in a great location, with busy foot traffic, which is good for people watching. The food was great. Loved the Wok-Charred Beef."

  • "Seating was good except for the dripping AC unit above us. Food portions were large enough to share 3-4 people. Great appetizers. Service was quick. Food seem just a little long to come, but it was maybe that we were hungry. Overall I would recommend here."

  • "We have frequented many PF Chang's & were excited to find a location on our dream vacation to Honolulu. Although the location was nice, the experience was a huge let down from the sangria to the service. We left very disappointed. Every other location we have been to has been wonderfully consistent. Waikiki stands out in a negative way for sure."

  • "This restaurant is great to eat at. The staff is always nice. The place is clean and nicely decorated. The food is yummy and moderately affordable. The drinks are really delicious but on the pricey side. It's worth it tho. You don't feel rushed here. I like bringing friends here for dinner. "

  • "A wonderful Waikiki meal enhanced by an attentive and pleasant server. Each course timed and delivered promptly. The fixed price dinner is a tad higher in price than the mainland, but it's Honolulu! Great evening and great food!"

  • "We've been longtime residents of Hawaii and had come to make PF Chang's a staple for family special occasions and to take visitors to from the mainland. We were disappointed when they closed the Auahi Street restaurant. It was convenient and away from the Waikiki tourist mob and parking problems. It was a "local's" restaurant. We have been to the Lewers street site several times since then and have found it to be over-crowed with a noticeable diminished quality of food and service. Unfortunately it is no longer our first choice :-("
