P. F. Chang's - WaikikiAs the only PF Changs on OahuAs the only PF Changs on Oahu now, it is a bit inconveniently located if you are coming from anywhere but your downtown Waikiki hotel. Centered in Waikiki it has the great menu, drinks, wines and ambiance that an upscale restaurant would offer in this area, with convenient location right on the end of the shopping district. Great service and a young, but experienced staff give this PF Changs location a good vibe.6/1/2013 12:00:00 AMOutstanding Service - ElizabethIt was a pleasure being served by Elizabeth (2nd Floor). Her suggestions regarding the wine selection list was very thorough and comprehensive. Elizabeth's knowledge of the appetizers and entrees was outstanding and provided my wife and I with the opportunity to thoroughly enjoy the meal. She demonstrated a special touch by returning to our table after the drinks, appetizers and main dish was served to inquire if they met with our approval. This treatment is only in evidence with highly trained wait staff at better restaurants. After finishing the meal Elizabeth extended a pleasant good bye and suggested that we return to P.F.Chang's.

Open outdoor seating with street views of Waikiki. If it's sunny you are fine, but if it rains you need to move party inside. We enjoyed the Happy Hours drinks and pupu choices.
Loved the lettuce wraps, Mongolian beef w/green onions and the fried banana dessert were big winners with us!

Service is just okay. The food tends to be very spicy so a water refill of the 8oz glass would have been nice. The balcony is about the only escape from the elemetary cafeteria level noise. Great view of exciting busy Waikiki. Hostesses are more for looking at as they are not real responsive.r. Clueless classy girls otherwise. Food is really good and just fun environment. Family friendly and Dad gonna like the hostess. Everyone was very polite and helpful. They have great Happy Hour of drinks and food all day long. The problem after that is what to choose for your main course. The proportions are very large.
