"Not the first nor will it be last time I dine at OYA.
The food is great. The menu update had some changes that, in my opinion,
were not necessary. The Miso soup was great, but taken off. The New Chilean Sea Bass was a bit different with the ribs but missing the peppers/potatoes. These are just small things. The overall experience, yet again, GREAT!
P.S. NEVER GET RID OF THE OYA JUICE!!"

"Oya's outdoor appearance is very demure compared to the delightful, eye-catching indoor scenery. My eyes danced off all of the interior design from the choice of wall decor, the chandeliers, the waterfall, to the heat-radiating fireplace.

The staff was extremely professional upon entering and exiting the restaurant, and the waitstaff catered to my vegan diet. I felt especially taken care of in that I didn't have to remind my waiter of my diet with each item ordered, in fact he noted any conflict and double-checked with the chef before serving me.

The only negative: the noise level, but it was my first time (and not my last). I would say, for a romantic dinner, the time can be used to practice those suggestive, yet subtle, stares!"

"Very nice restaurant as far as ambiance and decor go but cold, unfriendly service places it quite far down on my list of places to revisit. The food was nice though I didn't quite fully experience the Asian/Latin fusion. Presentation of the food was very nice (I love their glasses) and again the ambiance and overall vibe were amazing. The waiter we had was cold, disinterested, and very unfriendly. Maybe it was due to the fact that we had just recently had spectacular service at their sister restaurant SEI but this place seemed severely lacking. I don't suggest you skip this place entirely if you're really set on going, but I do suggest going to SEI instead, much nicer, better food, and similar decor."

"The Oya restaurant is the perfect place for a date or for dinner with close friends. The only problem is that there is too much noise! You have to constantly speak at a high volume in order for people to hear you! This can put a damper on an intimate occasion, you would think that you are at a football game. I would not think twice about going there again, the food and drinks were awesome! A++ but make sure you make reservations"

"We had a very nice experience. The dining room is nicely done up -- tables a little close -- interesting decor. The food was very good with only one negative comment -- the steak skewers were done a little too well. Waiter did not ask and I forgot to say in advance. We did not go to the bar but it looked very inviting, including two little rooms where dinner is served, presumably without reservation."
