Private Party Facilities: In order to confirm reservations, we must have the reservation guaranteed to a credit card or master account - Please make any cancellations at least three (3) days prior to your reservation time. A fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee will apply without 3 day notice.
- Three (3) days before your reservation, a guarantee of total number of people in your party will be requested. Should the total number of people attending your dinner function be less than the guaranteed number, we will attempt to fill these unfilled seats with other guests. Otherwise, a twenty ($20.00) per empty seat charge will be added to the bill.
- If you are requesting a private room for your party, a twenty dollar ($20.00) charge per empty seat in the room will be added to your bill.
- We ask that all parties of eight (8) or more are limited to one check and one form of payment. - All parties are limited to 1 ½ hour seating time. If you feel more time is need, please let us know.

"Nikko's was AMAZING! We were a little skeptical about it at first being in the Marriot hotel but I would recommend this restaurant to all friends! We really enjoyed the food and service."

"This was a great atmosphere. Pretty romantic, and fun at same time. Staff are very gracious and really fun. Was the best date I have ever been on. My date absolutly loved it and food was outstanding."

"This was my first time at Nikko. I'm not sure what I was expecting since all of the reviews I have heard have been excellent. The food was good, but nothing outstanding that would cause me to go to Nikko instead of Hibachi or our neighborhood Sakura which is very good for half the price. Our service was excellent and the staff was accomodating and kind. I would not call any Japanese restaurant romantic...too much noise and people!
I missed the flavor in the soup, and the salad dressing was bland as well. The chicken was dry, but the filet would melt in your mouth. Vegetables and rice were the standard though very good."

"Nikko provides excellent food quality and the chefs that prepare it at the table do very well (some are more entertaining than others). However, the biggest drawback to Nikko comes in its pricing. There is another Japanese steakhouse in the Kansas City metro area that offers the same menu including additional options but at a significant cost savings over Nikko. My wife and I go to the other restaurant and even getting extra shrimp (an option not available on the Nikko menu), our overall bill is $15-20 less than Nikko. Also, another drawback to Nikko is the 16% service charge automatically added to the check. This applies whether you are eating by yourself or in a large group. Perhaps this is because of its location inside the hotel."

"I really enjoyed our fun server, but was a little disappointed that we were seated 45 minutes after our reservation time. I would definitely come back though! Food is great, and again, our server made our dining experience very memorable and a ton of fun :)"

"We had a reservation for eight-one table, they tried to squeeze in three more. Food was fair for Japanese style, but good portions. Plates were cleared before some of our party were finished eating. No one was waiting, so why the rush."
