   Had a very nice Easter brunch there this past weekend with my wife, two kids and mother. Everyone enjoyed the food very much. Service was spot on. Historic, yet clean polished feel about the place. If you're in the area, give it a go.

   Great food, large servings, great service, low prices. We tried the ribs and the Boar Shank....both were delicious.

   Service was lackluster at best..So disappointed, as there is no great dining in the area...I was seated at a table for some time..the waiter asked for my order, however I was never offered a menu. The french onion soup...which is a restaurant staple was inedible, cold, It was set aside which came from a smart mouthed comment from the wait staff. Some soggy green stuff was presented as broccoli, the meat tough...However I got a doggie bag and my dog loved it... I was excited to try the Overland, as I said, so disappointing . I will not be returning anytime soon,

   We live a little over an hour from this restaurant, and we heard great things about it. We decided to hop in the car and take the drive for a date night. At 5:30 pm, I got on my computer, checked the hours on the Overland website (stating that the restaurant was open until 9 pm) and then went on to OpenTable to make our reservation for 8 pm. I received confirmation via email immediately that our reservation was made for 8 pm that night. Over 2 hours later (at 7:42 pm), when we were about 2 minutes away from arriving at the Overland, I received a phone call from them stating that they could not take our reservation. They stated that they were closing at 8 pm. When I told them that their website and their OpenTable page listed them as being open until 9 pm, they stated that they noticed but have not gotten around to updating that information. When I discussed this issue with the manager, she replied with various excuses as to being new and inheriting these issues from the previous manager. Given that we booked our reservation earlier that evening, I would expect that if there was a problem, I would have received notice of that earlier - - as opposed to a few minutes before we should have been seated. This was all very disappointing, especially since we drove so far to visit the Overland that night. We spent a lot of wasted time and money (for gas) just to be turned around.

   They have a lot of meat and fish friendly options, however, as a vegetarian there's not much to choose from . I always get the veggie burger which is good. Maybe some not meet appetizers and more veggie entrees would be nice.

   First time eating here and really enjoyed our meal. The service was superb and I loved the brick inside and cozy ambiance. Will definitely be back to eat here

   Very appropriate for our 30th wedding anniversary dinner. Great food, & service. This may have just become one of our favorite dinner spots.

   Lovely meal, good selection, well prepared. Not very busy on a rainy night so not crowded. Service excellent, friendly, good suggestions. Quick but we weren't rushed at all. We will be back!

    My wife had been wanting to go to this restaurant for a while. Since it was New Years Eve decided that this would be a great time to go. I was kind of expecting not to get a table since it was New Years Eve but was pleasantly surprised we got in. Decided to look at reviews to see what other people said and decide after it was all over wether they were right or wrong. Parking was ample. Once we were inside the noise level is outrageous. It is a small area and tables are very close together. We had the unfortunate opportunity to sit next to a party of eight and they were having a great time. So much in fact, I could not hear my wife who was across from me. I suspect ice must be a novility for water glasses. Besides getting a little glass , I had to ask twice for ice. Finally I got it. Of course bread and butter are not given out without asking for it. The bread is not made there, possibly the local grocery store supplies it. We ordered and here I was very impressed. My bison dinner was very good, the meat fell of the bone, it was so tender. My wife had lamb and it too was delicious. Bring a history buff and not from this area, the portrait of people from the area was interesting. There was some background on them as well. I would not mind going back but the noise and lack of fundamental service might prevent us from returning, especially if there are other places to explore for the first time. I do hope they will do what us required to improve the high level of noise and the closeness if all the tables.
