The waitress I think owner was efficient friendly and attentive without being obtrusive or even noticed really yet we always had what we wanted. I would recommend it for date night, special occasion and lunch a great little spot! Food was spectacular, all ingredients were fresh, very flavorful & presentation was perfect. The artisan cheese bread was fresh, grilled asparagus is highly recommended as it was also highly recommended to me, and the Tuscan chicken and slow cooked chicken rigatoni entrees were unbelievably tasty! Quite a handful of people there on a weeknight. It was even intimate enough for a solo diner to enjoy his dinner. I arrived a little early and the waitress offered me my choice of available tables. When my friends arrived the waitress told us about the specials for the day (Crab Bisque and Vegetarian burger) then left us to make up our minds. We got to talking and forgot to make a decision. When she came back she said she would leave us alone until our menus were all closed. We really appreciated the space and time.
I ordered the Nicoise salmon salad and my friends ordered Moon over Montana. The food was excellent. This is a small place with a very nice atmosphere. The food was wonderful--artistic and filling. Atmosphere is unique, romantic and friendly. Everything about our evening invited us to return. I've been telling my friends about Over the Moon Cafe, and I hope they all have a chance to experience what we did.

The food was excellent. Best Mac&Cheese I've had to date...and I'm going to be 60 soon. All the deserts sounded really good, we chose the bread pudding. Good choice if I must say.
