Wonderful menu - the brick oven pizza is DELICIOUS. Comfortable seating. Space isn't huge and weekends seem to be quite busy but the ambience was nice. We were in town visiting but we noticed many locals/regulars greeting the waitstaff and (who we assume) was the owner or manager. The waitstaff was very friendly and attentive. There seemed to be a back kitchen area but most of the cooking happens at the open range behind the bar seating. Great to watch the cooking in action but you do come away smelling like a kitchen; that was our only complaint!

Out of the Fire has been one of our favorite restaurants since it opened over a decade ago. Great food, friendly service, nice ambiance, always a terrific experience. Menu is routinely updated seasonally so it's both new and comfortable at the same time.

Great food and a great location! I love this place for dinner and then I'll walk across the street to see a show at NightCat or walk one block to the Avalon Theatre. The staff here is really nice and I'm always AMAZED by their soups and pizzas. Enjoy!

Superb dinner. Polenta vegetarian entree was hands down probably the best veggie entree we've every had. The polenta had a perfect "crust" and the mushrooms and chard with it were amazing. Grilled cheese appetizer and salads were also delicious. Wish we lived closer . . . don't miss this one!

We have been to Out of the Fire a couple of times. It is a popular local restaurant and we like the athmosphere. However, the quality of the food is mediocre. We also feel the menu is limited and does not change.

Wonderful meal. Excellent and imaginative food. The service was pretty good and the staff were very friendly and helpful to my wife and 2yr old daughter. Our server was even able to give me a great suggestion for a glass of wine with dinner. This was the second time we have happened to be in the Easton Area and been able to have dinner at Out of the Fire. A wonderful and enjoyable meal/evening.
