The Amatrician pasta was a little too spicy and had too much sauce. The lamb ragu pasta was to die for. The entire staff was electrified via their interactions with Rinaldo. (One remarked to folks at the bar when he was away, "He's on fire tonight.") I appreciated that at no time did we feel rushed . Yes , the place was not full , but the people were nice and accomodating .
Everyone liked their food , from appetizers thru the main course to dessert . My Risotta was cooked perfectly , which is an underappreciated art .
This was my 2nd dinner and will now make this my W .
