Catering: We offer a variety of banquet events menus, that can be tailored to your event.
Private Party Facilities: Pacific Private Room that seats up to 30 guests and the Atlantic Room seating 16 guests. Also a larger Semi-Private Area called the North America seating up to 45 guests. The rooms are available with a minimum spend all inclusive. Also we offer a great variety of Prix-Fix Menu that fits any group budgets.

Public Transit: Trolley and Buses Stops are only steps from us. Please visit www.sdcommute.com go to trip planner and enter the address of your location or landmark and for destination enter HORTON PLAZA on landmark. We are located 1 short block from the Mall.
Parking: Valet
Parking Details: Valet Parking is offered at the Gaslamp Suites at 520 E. Street. Rate is $10 from 4pm to 11 pm. Monday through Thursday. And $15 on the weekend including Friday from 4pm to 11pm. Horton Plaza Mall validates parking for up to 3 hours. You do your own validation at machines at the mall.Please validate before you visit the restaurant. Osetra is only a short block from the mall.

"The evening featured excellent food and drink. And an added attraction was the vertical wine celler and the server removing the wine while suspended from the top of the 3 story "celler". A fun addition."

"The atmosphere and service was great but was a little disappointed in the food. Flavoring overall was pretty bland. The bat and the atmosphere was cool so we will go back for cocktails but for the price the food was not worth it."

"The food and wine were wonderful. The waiter was a bit overwhelmed, too many tables (10) in his section. The ambiance was nice until the band in the lounge began to play, bongo drums. It changed the whole feel of the place in a negitive way. Luckly they didn't start playing until the end of our dinner."

"It was Valentine's Day, so clearly one does not get the standard experience. The service was a little slow, again to be expected with a packed house. The food was very good, but on the pricey side for what you got. This was my second time there; the first time was also booked through Open Table, also on a busy holiday and very late into the booking season. Considering what that COULD mean, Open Table and Osetra saved the day. They also gave a single rose to all the ladies."

"IT WAS A GREAT RESTAURANT ALTHOUGH IT WAS PACKED AND THE SERVICE WAS WHAT I DIDNT EXPECT FROM AN UPSCALE DOWNTOWN SPOT IT WAS STILL A GREAT EXPERIENCE! WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK!"
