The chef prepares seasonal offerings. The wait staff is attentive and makes good recommendations. The house gelatos are not to be missed, especially the toasted coconut. Seafood is wonderful and the filet was excellent. When I made the reservation, I requested a booth in a quiet area if possible because we were celebrating our 22nd anniversary. When I arrived, everyone I spoke to acknowledged our special occasion and they seated me in a large booth in the back corner. Even though they were busy, they set aside a 6 person booth to honor my request - very classy service. On top of that, the food was incredible, the service was top notch, and the wine was also great. We have two suggestions. Offer patrons black napkins so that their black slacks do not end up with white fuzz on them because of the napkins.
Second suggestion is regarding hostess seating of patrons. We arrived with plenty of 4 top tables. We were seated at a small table for two. When we asked to be moved we were told they were reserved for larger groups. Not true. Not only were 4 top used for 2 but the large booths were given to parties of two. Made reservations easily via Open Table. Stared with a meat & cheese tray for all to enjoy. Our server was so professional and knowledgeable regarding all the meats & cheeses. Delightful.
We had the following entrees: Filet, Veal, Fish, Pasta. Everyone raved about their choice.
The evening ended with Creme Brule, Sorbet. Both excellent.
