"We've been to OOLA probably 10 times so that says something. We enjoy it there. We always get a nice booth and we usually go early - 5:30 or 6. Drinks are great. The duck tonight wasn't as good as usual - as it was cooked a different way - no matter what it says on the menu - ask for the "usual" Duck Confit and you'll do better. Ribs were outstanding. Melt in your mouth and sauce was great. This time we tried the beet salad, which I enjoyed, my wife could take it or leave it. Brussel Sprouts with bacon things was outstanding - we'll order that again for sure. Music is maybe too loud for some, but its not bad - but the thumping is repetitive - I guess if we were younger that would be a good thing. Bread Pudding is a must."

"The ribs were supposed to be the best but half of the portion served to me were over fried and dry like pork "jerky". I tried to eat it to be polite but probably should have said something. Then they were out of all three grappas my friends wanted... They did take off half of the price of my entree (baby back ribs). Don't think we will go back any time soon though."

"Oola is consistently good every time. I often bring friends from outside of the city or corporate office visitors here and no one is ever disappointed. The soy glazed ribs are phenomenal, as are the truffle fries, brussels sprouts, filet mignon, Mac and Cheese, and the best -- when it's on the menu -- the scallop on potato chip appetizers will keep you coming back. As for the service, it's always perfect, and the ambiance is dark with cool touches that hive off energy, but allow you to have a conversation without screaming across the table. One of my favs in the city!"

"We went to Oola's with a large group, 15 people, and the seating was comfortable and service rather fast for that many people. Usually in a group that large I expect to wait for a long time but they did a good job at getting everything too us. The one downside was that they forgot one of the people's main courses, however once it was brought to there attention they rectified the situation very quickly. Overall it was a good experience."
