Onyx Steakhouse and Lounge - White RockAwesome Friday Night Dinner!We started our evening with perfectly prepared cocktails that paved the way to our Prime Rib Flatbread appetizer. The music and ambience was just what we needed after a long week of hard work. It felt fun and energetic. Our server was quite the charmer and anticipated everything we would want or need. Both of us had the Filet Mignon cooked Chicago Medium ( you absolutely need to try a steak cooked Chicago style at Onyx, OMG!!! ) We paired our steak dinner with a fantastic bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon from California called " The Dark Side Of The Moon". Dinner was awesome. Simply AWESOME!12/4/2013 12:00:00 AMThe food was great, however,The food was great, however, a few of the guests complained about the high prices of the a la carte items, ie. a baked potato for $4.95 (very high price) I think $2.95 would be more appropriate, it is just one potato.
Other than that the service was good and I enjoyed the food.
