She pairs the wines with dishes on the menu that changes every week. The food is prepared to please the sight as well as the palate. My wife's seafood trio was excellent. My grilled swordfish topped with fresh strawberry chutney over a black bean mixture topped off with a delicate lemon sauce had my mouth delighted. My son had a fantastic muscles and shrimp Thai curry that I tried and liked. I have never liked curry before. We paired or meal with a Pulley-Fume that was delightfully crisp and citrusy. I made my reservations 3 weeks ahead and couldn't get a 7PM table. They only serve dinner Thursday, Friday and Saturdays. This is a wonderful restaurant, well worth the visit. It beat Chicago and NY and a lot of Paris dining and it's in the tiny town of Tarboro. Ever single thing was fresh and amazing in some way. The Ginger Margaritta was spectacular, sushi, salad, seafood, and desert were all an amazing experience. It is quiet and fine dining. Not a place for families, but the perfect romantic date night! The prices are amazing for the quality of food because it is on a different level of dining than your chain places like Outback and not much more money. I would have paid twice to three times as much for the quality of food. The food is outstanding, and we appreciate the changing menu. We dined here for my wife's birthday even though we had been there less than a month ago.
