This particular unit is located within a hotel and suffers from the quality issues that many believe plague all hotel restaurants. Simply put, a steakhouse should not feel the need to leave steak seasoning on every table. The steak should come out of the kitchen properly prepared and of high enough quality that it should be the rare guest who wants additional seasoning. While all of the staff was polite, service was poor and there was a wait to be seated. Servers did not visit tables to find out if food was acceptable. The steak was bland and unseasoned and my sides were miscooked. A request to fix one side resulted in a better, but not good. I have not eaten at other units in this chain, so I don't know if this is a chain wide problem.

First off, it's NOT affiliated with the "Omaha Steaks" you can order/buy and take home. The actual menu was limited compared to the online menu and had some dishes the waiter said had not been offered for "a very long time". The steak, although color wise seemed to be cooked to the right temperature was very dry, a medium file should never be dry... Sides were limited so French fries and filet it was, took my back to high school! Overall the waiter was nice, the device quick, but I will never go back.

Food was mediocre, it kind of reminded me of going to an IHOP or Denny's. The service was ok.... it was actually very noisy, because the staff was cleaning up the dining room and setting up for breakfast service.

The restaurant is in a hotel and it has the hotel-restaurant feel to it. I would go again, but make sure to request the steak menu. We were there on a Sunday at 12:00 pm and were assumed to not want steak.

For a steakhouse, Omaha was a major disappointment. I definitely would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I almost NEVER send food back, but I had to this time. I asked for my NY strip (which was btw, a very thin piece of beef that did not meet my definition of NY strip) “rare”…what I got was “well done”, which the maître d' also agreed. The 2nd steak that came out was slightly better and taken at least 10 minutes to show up on the table. The mashed potato was mediocre. Nothing was spectacular about the dining experience. I was highly disappointed at this steakhouse, and YES, I can do steaks much better than they can. The only thing that saved my dining experience was the company I was with.

Filet Mignon texture doesn't taste like filet mignon at all. There were too many mosquitoes which we couldn't enjoy our dinner.

Waiter was not attentive at all. Had to ask for tea refills numerous times and a few times didn't get it. Items on the menu were not available. When I questioned to manager as to why he stated it had never been available. When I asked why was it on the menu then, the manager stated corporate makes the menus. I asked the waiter what came with the salmon and he stated rice pilaf, then later told me they were out. I asked the manager how are they out of some many items on the menu. The manager stated rice pilaf has never been served with the salmon. Manager nor waiter seemed to know what was and was not supposed to be on the menu. I will never go back to this restaurant again!

The steaks were very good. The service was good as well. Restaraunt windows are right by the hotel's swimming pool which does not give you the best of views.

We were not impressed. We expected aged steaks of top quality and were disappointed. The wifes steak was not prepared as ordered, but they did offer complimentary deserts as an appology which was a nice thing to do. Whe have ordered Omaha steaks and prepared them at home and were very happy with them in the past. Frankly the steaks that where shipped to our home were superior. The setting was nice, the staff friendly, but when you pay above $30 for a steak you expect it to be tender and top quality.
