Our server was personable and knowledgable. My friends ordered the fancy lattes and I had an espresso. All were delicious and smooth. I had a salad with chicken added (cooked perfectly) and it was fresh and well seasoned. My friends had oatmeal and Eggs Benedict. They each enjoyed their dishes. I ordered the featured croissant for dessert and it was light and airy and very tasty. Service was excellent throughout our meal and everything was well timed, no feeling of being rushed or waiting. The last time we were there we dined outside, I wish we would have made reservations for the patio again. If the weather is nice, even a bit warm, it is relaxing and pretty. The waitress did not ask after we had our lunch if we wanted anything else. But we did and also wanted to move out to the patio. That was no big deal. She was very nice about it but had to redo all the checks again. This is something we experience often. We don't understand why waiting servide would not aks, as they do with small dining groups, "is there anything else?"

From the Sangria to the small plates to the entrees and finally dessert, everything was just perfect. Our waiter was attentive, full of suggestions when asked and his timing was perfect.
Just was no way that this experience could have been any better.

Requested to be seated outside on the patio via Open Table. When we arrived we were seated right aware even though we were 10 minutes early. We got exactly the type of table we were looking for. I took my son here one night after the Bulls game and I loved it so much that I made another reservation to come back with my husband and both sons. We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff. The first night I ordered the sweet potato ravioli and thought that it was somewhat over salted. The second time, I ordered the fillet and the sauce on that was also very salty. However, my family had no complaints about their meals. The bar was fun to sit at but the inside noise level was pretty loud. The restaurant is beautiful. We especially loved being indoors and outdoors at the same time. The staff was perfect, our waiter was the right amount of friendly and attentive. The food was perfect. However, looking around I noticed that I was in the majority being a 50 something. So when I wished for a smooth jazz background music instead of the noise they were filling the restaurant with, I bet it would be better received by most of the diners that night. The food was delicious. I had the lamb meatball appetizer, and the mushroom tortellini entree. Both were OUTSTANDING. My wife, had the beet salad and the sweet potato cannelloni, which I tried and it was rich and delicious.
