This place was on our list to try for a few months now and I'm glad we tried it, but it wasn't anything special. I got a burger, my husband got fish and chips, our friend got the Madison chicken. We got the nachos as an appetizer. The food was good, but nothing I will crave in the near future. The service was fine. When we asked the waiter what his favorite thing was, he listed off pretty much everything on the menu...so that wasn't helpful. It was moderately priced so its worth a shot if you want to try something new.

I always enjoy Old Town Grill. The food is fabulous, and the resturaunt is so neat! Always takes our food a little while to get to us, but it's well worth the wait. So delicious, and healthy compared to other places when you go out to eat.

This place is an enigma. On one hand, some very good dishes like the chicken sandwich and the nachos. On the other - they did not have the wines available that were advertised on the menu...... And tried to sell me a $6 liquor store wine for $30 on their menu......service was slow and notveffective despite our table being the only table working at the time. But the people that ordered dessert in our party enjoyed the food.......... Thus a mixed bag. If they want to stay in business - need a lot of improvement. I could not recommend to friends to go there.

Old Towne Grill is great! We had a Bridal Shower dinner party and it was perfect. The table was ready when we arrived. The service was excellent. The food was sensational. Everyone in my party loved their entrees. It was great. I will definitely be back!

Went for an early dinner so we beat any sort of crowd. We were also there before the dance area and bar were open, so the vibe was very chill and low key. Server was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Fun, eclectic decor including mismatched dinnerware and chairs. Menu and food seemed very "pub" like. Some dishes were more successful than others, but all were good. The server said the fish was especially good, and she was right. Food was quite slow to arrive, but we weren't in a hurry, and our server was attentive.

This is a great find! My friend and I enjoyed the appetizer, our entrees, and even a shared dessert! All of it was sooooo good! I'm getting hungry just thinking of it. I hope it continues to grow so we can keep this gem in business.

We had a group of 9 people. The waiter had a had time with our bills. I got charged on my debit card but we had cash too. I was only supposed to be charged for the difference. I called to see if I could fix it. I left a message and have not been contacted yet to fix the problem. The food is amazing though!

The food was excellent. The service...not so much. I felt the server was inattentive and, while not exactly rude, was not as gracious as he could have been when an issue presented itself. We were not aware there were pecans on the house salad, and my husband asked to have another version sent out without the pecans. It came back without the pecans...and, inexplicably, without the bleu cheese and pumpkin seeds. This was a bizarre choice for the server to make, and when we asked to have a third version sent out, the server was not gracious at all. For being a Valentine's Day five-course meal, I felt the whole experience was rushed; we barely had time to finish one course before the next one presented itself.

I like the Old Towne Grill. We have introduced several of our friends and family to the restaurant. It is primarily a bar at night, but breakfast, lunch and dinner are great and if you eat before 9PM you do not have to worry about the bar croud or noise. The chef makes all of his own sauces and they are fantastic. We went for the Valentine Dinner and the salmon was amazing. I still think that we prefer the regular menu, but the special dinners are worth checking out.

It was an enjoyable experience overall. The only problem was that some bass sounds from loud music interrupt the more intimate mood desired on a date. But the food was great and the servers a waitresses as well.

My server was just as nice and helpful as he could be, and the fish and chips were OK, but if you're coming here to have a cocktail with your meal, remember this is Provo, Utah. The poor "bartender" didn't have a clue how to make a Manhattan, and gave it 2 good tries, but both times the result was a disaster. I finally ordered a glass of wine, which was fine. I hate to say anything negative about this place, because they were all so very nice (again, remember, this is Provo. People in Provo are exceptionally nice.) But I have to say that the place seemed to be run by well meaning amateurs who hadn't quite gotten it together yet.
