Casual spot with great interior - good vibe kind of place. Upbeat service staff, lots of big screen tvs to catch any game while eating. Outdoor space looks awesome - it was raining so we couldn't take advantage of it but will definitely go back and hang out there. If you are into beer, this has to be on your list.

Our server was quick to greet us but then we never saw him again. We ended up having to give our credit card to another server who passed it on to him. The food was okay and the beer selection was very good.

The temperature was very cold. Many patrons had winter coats on and we were told the mall dictates the temperature and they do not turn the heat on until January.

The menu offered plenty of options without being overwhelming. The waitress was attentive and knowledgeable. She walked us through the food choices, then the drink choices, as this was out first visit. The bloody Mary was amazing without being "over-the-top". It was garnished with grilled shrimp, beef, and the normal olive, onion, pickle stuff. I was hoping for a light meal and settled for the chili. Unfortunately, it wasn't a tiny bowl of your average chili. It was a bowl of really good chili with chunks of brisket and served with a corn muffin on the side. I can't wait to come back and try it again when I am actually hungry.

We had great service, but the food was just not good. The fish tacos were bland, and so was the truffle mac&cheese. My husband got the chili, which was full of meat, but no spices to make it feel like chili. I got a salad that had a lot of bad orange lettuce. Everything sort of had one bland flavor note, and nothing was fresh.

We enjoyed a weekday evening here. We had a reservation and were seated promptly. It was busy and the sports TVs were keeping folks engaged but not as the main focus point. The food was the main event. We had great appetizers and entrees and shared a dessert. Our wait person was attentive and allowed us to eat leisurely. All in all, a very nice experience.

Was disappointed in not getting a booth as I requested. I made a reservation for 7:30 on line the morning of our reservation. I had to call back when the restaurant oped to change the res. to 7:00. We arrived right at 7:00 and was told no booths available since they were taken by others who supposedly made earlier reservations. I really wasn't too pleased by being seated in the far rear of the establishment. However, the waitress did comp us on 2 appetizers we ordered which was appreciated. The food was very good but requesting 3 different beers from the list that were not available was a little strange for what is advertised and promoted. Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed ourselves.

3 of use ordered the Chopped salads and the lettuce was different in all three and the chicken was extermly dry! two people ordered the filet sliders expecting three as that is how most places serve sliders. The wait staff could have been more attentive as it was a slow time in the restuarant. The pretzel bites and fried pickels were amazing!

This was my second time coming to Old Town Pour House. I absolutely love the vibe here, the food is amazing-though the menu is small. The beer selection is outstanding as well. The only complaint was that we went on a Friday night and we were sitting down for 25 minutes before seeing a server. It was late-about 8 pm, for dinner so we were all very hungry and we ended up having to give our order to the hostess because the server staff was so short. Overall, all the servers were very nice, but we were very much ignored for a good half hr after sitting down which was disappointing. It was very crowded and happening for a Friday which made it fun, but understandable why the service was maybe worse. I will definitely come back though!

Good place to go with a group. The noise level is quite loud Great selection of seasonal beers but the food was average for the price. Staff was attentive. Parking is an issue as the restaurant is located in a cluster of restaurants located at the mall but who can't use a good walk after a few beers.

Our reservation was for 6:00 on a tuesday. Two of the four people in the group were told their dinner selections, Brat and Apple Pancakes, from the special menu were sold out. Really?? It is also very loud; making it almost impossible to have any kind of conversation. The server cleared my husband's beer flight before he was finished. She did offer to get him another glass when we got her attention again, but we were just ready to leave.Limited food menu and drink prices are no bargain. Don't see a return any time soon.

The Pour House was a very good place for football watching. We needed a place near Drury Lane to spend some time before our play and this fit the bill. We were able to watch football and enjoy a few drinks and good food. Our waitress was excellent making sure we were satisfied with whatever she brought us. The food was very good especially the pickle chips! We would definitely recommend the Pour House to friends.

A sports bar, with bar being the operative word. There are only a few items on the menu, and our party of 4 did not find anything prepared well. The burger was tasteless and dry; the firecracker appetizer despite being deep fried was also really dry; the pulled pork was a soggy mess; the salad had numerous pieces of brown iceberg lettuce - yuck! Also, it was so noisy, we couldn't hear each other talk without shouting across the table. There are many, many good restaurants in Oak Brook. Do not waste your money here.

I liked the ambience. The menu was varied with good price points. Service excellent. My guest had the burger which looked good. He sure wolfed it down. I made the mistake of ordering a sandwich with cheese and pork belly. It sounded good. About half way through it, I realized that I'd been engrossed in deep conservation not realizing that it was really bad! A bunch of goopy cheese with bits of meat tasting stuff. It was lousy but I'd eaten too much to send it back, which I am always hesitant to do anyway. I sure didn't wish to finish it. Took it home to the wife and, with no prompting, she hated it, too. So, this restaurant is a good place to go but stay away from this sandwich. Great beer/ bourbon selection.

We had lunch for the first time and really enjoyed this place. Only problems were :the lettuce used in the salad was old! You don't expect that at a place like this. Also, the coffee, both regular and decaf was way too weak. When we questioned the server she said it was premeasured. Well, they either need to use less water or change coffee vender brand. Also, we were celebrating a birthday and they charged us for the dessert they brought for the birthday gal. Most places comp this. As far as positives, the best french baguettes, great food, great atmosphere, great service , and the best nickers peanut butter dessert we ever had! I do recommend this restaurant.

The outside seating was at capacity, but there was plenty of room indoors. The drink menu is noteworthy, including imported and domestic ciders that can be ordered as a half pint or more, much more limited in food choices. The burgers are excellent and prepared to taste. Not too many booths or lower tables--extensive bar seating of course, mostly high tables with stools and of course at the bar if that's your interest. Media viewing is extensive and not blasting you out of your seat--nothing else like it in Oak Brook, parking is awful even with Valet.

The place can be on the loud side, especially if there is a big sports match on the TVs. But the food is amazing and I can always find a new beer to try. I love coming here in my quest to try all of the beers they offer. This place is great for a dinner with their "small plates", but it also great to come a little later just for some appetizers and beer.

Fantastic beer list, but average food lacking presentation (esp. charcuterie). Chili tasted off, needed salt? Server was very good. Even though the outdoor dining must have gotten much busier than management anticipated due to weather. Friendly, professional host (manager?). Biggest complaint...horrible loud industrial music may fit in fine at city locations, but very out-of-place (and annoying) for Oak Brook clientele.

All our first time to Old Town Pour House. Originally planned on eating in but it was so extremely loud inside that we chose to eat outside instead. Biggest complaint is all the burgers were overcooked. Instead of medium rare we got medium well, if it wasn't for the good toppings, we would have definitely sent it back. Not sure why so many restaurants can't cook a burger correct?!?

We went here for the first time for my husband's birthday & had the burgers, which were pretty good. I noticed, while looking at the other diner's plates, that for those who ordered foods other than burgers, the portions were pretty small & pricey. There is no bargain to be had here for the prices that are paid to dine at this establishment. They did meet my dietary restrictions, which was great & they did give my husband a birthday dessert "on the house". In all ways, from service to food, this was pretty average and I'm not in any hurry to return here.
