Private Party Facilities: Surround yourself and your guests in the breathtaking and unique atmosphere of our beautiful Crystal Room. With a backdrop of nature, featuring 5 waterfalls and tropical plants, the Crystal Room is a replica of the famed Tavern on the Green in New York. This room has been known for a spectacular place to host a wedding reception.

The Bubble Lounge Room is situated directly off the main lobby and is often used to host cocktail receptions prior to dinners hosted in other rooms. This unique room is also perfect for very small intimate gatherings.

The Gold Room, featuring a beautiful vintage atmosphere, has rich gold colors and recessed lighting. This room has a built-in bar for evening events.

The Barbary Coast Room has a unique feel, with the choice of overlooking the "Famous Swing Room," make this a private affair by closing off the room with its original wood and glass doors.

The Ship Room Balcony is the perfect space if you like the Old West.

"Steak ordered Medium well and it came as medium rare in the center - my son ate it anyway. My husband's meal was not edible - first, he had lobster bisque that had shrimp in it and given a teaspoon to eat it with. The restaurant had no soup spoon! Finally waiter found a tablespoon after a couple attempts. His meal consisted of something with stuffed crab and shrimp - it was so tough (overcooked) that he ate one. At the time we didn't want to complain because he thought that's how it should be. We enjoyed the salad, cheese and bread very much. Will recommend restaurant, but also share experience. We have been to restaurant prior to this and experiences were great. We definitely don't mind paying for what we get. Thanks."

"Food was very good but the atmosphere was more like an Outback steakhouse and not what I expected for the price of the meal. Service started out OK but ended with a big flop. The server threw my bill on the table, said "thanks" and walked off. I was never even asked whether dessert would be wanted."

"went there to celebrate a 40th birthday, party of 11.This was probably one of the worst experiences we (all of us) have ever had at any restaurant collectively. Not sure where to begin. To put in in a nutshell, the 11 of us will NEVER eat or drink here again. When I posted it on facebook, several of my friends replied "we would have told you not to go there!" The sweet young lady who does the swing, should have been more done up, it was like she put jammies on and didn't bother with makeup or anything. If that is the "thing" you are know for, at least do it right. The bells were pathetic. The singing was horrendous and it was like a cheap cabaret show at a casino in Vegas, way way way off the strip. Serve didn't know menu. need more space!!"

"Made a reservation, got prompt seating. Then, waited fifteen minutes to order. An hour later, soups arrived. An hour after that, we were still waiting for our steaks when we left. We never saw our waiter. The barkeep helped us out, which we greatly appreciated! No consideration from management. No apologies for the delays. Other, larger groups came in after us and were fed sooner. We,ve been here before, but never with such poor service.

If you go, prepare to wait!"

"The food at Old San Francisco has always been good, I remember it fondly as a child. So no worries about the food, I had the prime rib and my husband had the New York Strip and as usual the steaks were as expected. But the service was unusually bad. I expect to be treated poorly at a fast food restaurant, but not a finer establishment like Old San Francisco. I ordered the Lobster bisque, which was good, but I had to eat it with a teaspoon because I couldn't get a waiter over to my table to bring me a soup spoon. I would have ordered another glass of wine, but I wasn't sure there would be time to get it. No one asked if I wanted another glass of wine. We had 3 different servers, and none of them seemed particularly interested in serving us."

"It was so-so. Food was fair, nothing special. The service was amazingly slow. 30 minutes to get our appetizer and almost an hour to get our meals. Which I could understand if they were busy, but there were only 3 other tables there at the time."
