"Our waiter was very good but we had to wait about a half hour for our beers to come. Supposedly they were changing the keg but it took an inordinate amount of time. Otherwise great time."

"Old Burdick's is a family favorite. We celebrated our son's 15th birthday at Burdick's with family over the weekend. Even though it was a Saturday afternoon and the hotel had a large event in progress, the server was friendly and kept up with our party of 13. The menu is expansive so everyone was able to order food they would enjoy."

"Burdick's is always a good standby/central location for my colleagues and I to meet for lunch. This time it was for a retirement luncheon. Although we had 20 guests arrive and only reservations for 10 we were accommodated."

"The food was just OK. I ordered the Prime Rib (which is supposedly a specialty) and asked the waiter what med-rare would be and he stated that is would be red in the middle. When I received my meal it was pink more med to med-well, not what I wanted at all. I then asked for a horseradish sauce and was told no problem. After 5 mins and a few return trips from the server I had to ask again and he finally brought it. The beer selection was great and it was the night of a UFC fight so it was a good atmosphere for that."

"The overall experience was decent, but nothing more. The appetizers were better than the entres. I ordered the Michigan White Fish. The fish, although it was decently cooked it lacked seasoning. The "lime rice" was under cooked and more plain rice than lime. The green beans had the feel of frozen beans, though they were cooked well. The waitress did not frequent the table as often as I like, and came to check on "how the food tasted" immediately as the food server placed it on the table (I like to have time to taste my food before I'm asked how it is)."
