We don't know if they can get fish into this corner of the world without it being frozen but this Bass had none of the
signs of it ever having been frozen. It tasted very FRESH!
The only negative was in finding the location of Okura. From their website we asked directions from our home in Indio and the final directions had us at a completely wrong corner of Hwy. 111 and Washington. Luckily the wife's cell phone saved the day or we would never have found the place. We went with another couple who, like us, have lived in the area for years and never been to the Okura Robata grill.
