Born in Chiang Rai, Thailand, Executive Chef Piyarat Arreeratn a.k.a. Bee moved to the United States to broaden his culinary skills. Chef Bee worked for Nobu Matsuhisa at Nobu Miami Beach in the Shore Club with many great chefs well trained by Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto. Thoroughly imbued by this discipline, Bee found the confidence to tackle his first experience as an Executive Chef at Oishi Thai in North Miami Beach year 2005. This was following a memorable experience at the eternally posh Nobu in South Beach.
