  • "I took my niece and her friends before a show at Butler. We each had something new and different. Everyone enjoyed themselves and the food was awesome."

  • "Always a great experience. Consistently good food & attentive, pleasant servers. It's the place to go when you actually want to have conversation with your dining partners and not be overwhelmed by noise as so often happens at other restaurants."

  • "The Short Ribs were very flavorful. the Risotto was tasty but needed some color! We will be going back as the service and ambience can't be beat!"

  • "nice spot to visit for dinner in the meridian/kessler area near broad ripple. the food is consistently very good and the service more than adequate in this quaint little tucked away restaurant that just the locals know about. give it a try."

  • "We have visited Oh Yumm for special family occasions and just for lunch. The food is always wonderful and the service is terrific. Unfortunately I don't live close by so I can't enjoy the Restaurant as often as I would like but when I do dine there I am never disappointed."

  • "I have eaten at Oh Yumm several times and its always a great experience. I truly enjoy the food. I have not had a bad dish there. My only slight criticism was the bottle of bubbly that was ordered could have been chilled more. It was not a show stopper. The dessert was homemade and was incredible as well. You can not go wrong having a meal here."

  • "We met friends here for an early dinner meal before a concert at Butler University. The menu has a variety of choices including tapas and vegetarian or meat lover dishes. There is a cozy atmosphere reminiscent of some bistros we have experienced in Europe. It was good food and great to have this fine option so close to Butler University. We liked parking in back of the restaurant as well."

  • "This was my second visit to Oh Yumm and it was amazing! I took my mother here for lunch. She had the chicken salad wrap and I had the turkey pesto... OH YUMM!!! Both dishes were awesome!! Our waitress was extremely nice and the head chef took time to chat with us too! In short, the service was outstanding. If you haven't been here yet... Do yourself a favor and go!!!!! Thank you to the staff for making this another great visit! All around a+++++!!!!!"

  • "For some reason it was a slow night, so our party of six got the royal treatment. We had several appetizers which were all fantastic. The entire group except for me ordered the same thing; the Grilled Mahi Mahi. Everyone raved about it. Being Fat Tuesday and Carnivale (which translates to farewell to meat in Italian), I just had to have the Wyagu Beef Burger. This is the most juicy flavorful burger I've ever had and it needs no condiments. I've yet to find one anywhere in town or otherwise to compare. Yes....it's an $18.00 burger but oh so worth it. We had several bottles of excellent wine and ended the evening with the ever so popular warm chocolate chip bread pudding. Bravo everyone."

  • "Oh Yumm! never disappoints. Lovely food and prompt/pleasant service are staples at this small neighborhood gem! You certainly won't be disappointed here and we will be back soon. Can't wait for the weather to clear so we can dine outside!!"

  • "The food was tasty and well presented. The linens were pristine and service impeccable. The coffee, however, was pathetic and other diners were loud and made it difficult to hear my companion even though there were few diners in the restaurant. There is of course nothing OYB can do about loud dining parties but improving their coffee shouldn't be that tough."

  • "This was our third experience at Oh Yumm! and unfortunately, it was the least satisfying. One of us had BBQ Shrimp and Grits, which was the best selection of the night. We shared goat cheese, and the crostini were kind of tasteless. The mahi mahi was dry, as were the beans that accompanied them. Our shared dessert, which was a different take on s'mores, was also good but very hard to eat because it was so gooey. Overall, it was a good dinner but not outstanding."

  • "We arrived on time for reservations.....they had some late comers earlier because of the snow. This was not a problem and we were seated right on time. We had the specials for Valentines Day and enjoyed a great Surf and Turf and Scallops.....mmmmmmmm delicious. Topped off with a fabulous bread pudding."

  • "I've lived around the corner for 12 years but never stopped by before last week -- now it is one of my favorites! First, the food is outstanding. I had risotto with steak (they substituted the steak in on special request) as well as a stuffed pepper "small plate" -- all delicious. I wanted the short rib (which they were out of) but the chef made a special plate using the short rib sauce which was out of this world -- he came out to ask us if we liked the special creation (which was a nice touch -- and it matched the warm friendliness of the waitress). Our dessert - strawberries in a merlot sauce over vanilla ice cream -- was very good but I want to go back to try the bread pudding. Had a good mix of wines by the glass. I'll be back!!"

  • "Everytime I go there (which is 2-3 times a year) I wonder why we do not go more often....probably because it is not in our path.....but always very good and we love the size.....small and cozy, great attention to detail! We had the Chicken dish and it is very unusual and incredibly flavorful.....! Highly reccommend! Go out of your way and try Oh Yumm!"

  • "Located near Westfield Blvd on N. Illinois St., Yumm! Bistro is just that, yummy. They serve a menu of American bistro cuisine. I can honestly say I have never had a bad meal here. From small plates like the Kobe sliders to the barbeque shrimp-n-grits, everything is delicious. Also, their outdoor seating is perfect on nice sunny days."

  • "Steak and Potato Salad was really good! Next time, though, I will request the dressing on the side. It was a little more than I usually like."

  • "Decided to try Oh Yumm out for dinner before an event at nearby Clowes. My wife and I both enjoyed it and would recommend. She tried several small plates and said they were both very good. I had the stuffed pork chop, which was delicious. We both started dinner off with a cup of shrimp chowder which was perfect on a chilly evening. We'll definitely go back."

  • "Wow! Impressive! What a great little gem! Oh Yumm is being added to my list of go-to places for sure! We were seated early and served promptly. The staff was friendly and our waitress did a great job of helping me decide on what to order. It was a tough decision because everything sounded amazing. I ended up getting the well-presented marbella chicken dinner that was complimented by their great bistro salad. The chicken melted in my mouth! The dish was cooked to perfection and it was obvious that the entrée was made with care. This place has phenomenal food!!!!!!! I can't stress it enough! Amazing!!!!! You MUST eat at Oh Yumm!!! You will not be disappointed! Delish!"

  • "This is a high quality established restaurant. Ordered pretzels rolls as an appetizer. Great with the mustard butter. We both had the stuffed pork chop and it was savory and tasty. It also included grilled vegetables that were great. Shared the Crème Brulee and Chocolate chip bread pudding desserts with a friend. Both were fantastic and a nice combination. Everything at the restaurant is priced ala carte, so be aware if you prefer all inclusive menus. Approximately $90 for 2 people with wine and dessert. This is a foodies dream restaurant."

  • "This quaint restaurant, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, never fails to impress. Reminds one of a French bistro both in atmosphere and food."

  • "I like this place for a light meal of gourmet food especially on weekday evenings. They feature smaller plates or tapas sized appetizers (of which I often get two) without breaking the belt or wallet. Very relaxed and yum(my) food and wine and friends make a fantastic evening."

  • "food was great. Three of us had trout and out of the 3 all Thought it was the best fish they had ever eaten. The waiter was very attentive and was quick with refills. The place is close to home and parking was ten steps to the door. We eat there often."

  • "I have eaten here several times and definitely will go back. The food here is absolutely delicious and I love each item that I have selected. This time I went with two other ladies and they felt the same way. We went for lunch and I had a grilled swiss cheese sandwich with tomato and spinach. Oh Yumm!"

  • "This was the first time we had stopped at Oh Yumm! It was wonderful. The server was knowledgable and curteous - and helpful in suggestions. The food was terrific. The barbequed shrimp and grits - MERCY ! I may have a hard time ordering anything but that when I visit again. For a first time stop in - we were not disappointed."

  • "Went for a birthday dinner. Food was ok. Nothing special. They serve beer & wine only. I started with the zuccini & feta balls appetizer. They didnt have much taste. I then had the Rainbow trout served over rice. Other diners at my table had autumn risotto, and the BBQ shrimp and grits and they said thier entrees were not tasty either. Most entrees came with the rice which seemed to taste like the packaged kind. The crowd was mostly older and the restaurant smelled old and moldy."
