I have been there for lunch and dinner and have always been pleased with the variety offered. We had a party of 7 so we were able to try each other's choices. The salmon benedict and the gyros were my favorites. Vegetarians will delight in the tastefully presented beet salad with velvety feta cheese and the grilled vegetable laden gyros, stuffed with a garden of good things, including french fries! The eggplant dishes are divine, there's venison souvlaki, lamb in many incarnations and the every popular weiner schnitzel with cranberry relish. Go with friends to share everything! Chef Sal wants you to leave the table happy, with a smile on your face and a song in your heart. They have an amazing and eclectic menu of Mediterranean dishes. Each one prepared fresh with great care, and personally reviewed by Sal (the chef owner) or his wife, before it is carried to your table.

The experience was delightful , the music was wonderful (although as we sat right in front of the musician it was a bit loud) All four of us completely enjoyed our choices and we plan to go back often. We loved the guitarist playing right near our table, and the fact that it wasn't too loud. The food was excellent-- nice portions and presentation. The lamb shanks were recommended by the waiter and some locals-- they were cooked perfectly and were not overly gamey. The restaurant was busy on a Monday night tells me it is a restaurant worth dining at. I will definitely be back to try more dishes. The fish special of the night was one of the best dishes I have ever tasted and I have dined in multiple Michelin starred restaurants in the past. I ordered a petrale sole special and also the potato leak soup - both were absolutely fabulous!! My husband ordered a caesar salad and cracked pepper crusted salmon. Delicious!! The salad was the best caesar he has ever had. He ordered a glass of wine, and it was SO good he wrote down the name so he can buy some! Make a reservation and treat yourself! I asked her what her favorite part of her day was and even though she had done so many special things for her birthday, she proudly said that our dinner at Odeum was the best! The food, like always, was superb & the atmosphere was perfect. However, the one thing that made our evening over the top was our waiter, Michael! He was, by far, the best waiter we have ever had! There are far too many positive attributes to list them all here, but it was very evident that Michael has so much enthusiasm and passion for the work he does at Odeum!
