Although I didn't see any other children, they were very accommodating to her. The outdoor dining area is definitely a reason to go back. We enjoyed our drinks-- the margarita mojito martini and espresso martini. The fritto misto was particularly good, as well as the scallops. Our dessert was the yummy Serendipity ice cream. Our favorite flavors were grasshopper (mint with chocolate cookie pieces) and gooey butter. The people at the next table were little loud but you can get that anywhere. The food was very good and the service was excellent. The waiter told us about some items that were available that were not on the menu. She did not rush us and was willing to wait to take our order while we enjoyed our wine. We both had the Halibut. The waiter was very nice but a little slow which did not bother us in the least because we were outside in the beautiful garden setting enjoying a wonderful lunch with friends. The waiter was a little confused about the menu and told us that we had a choice of sides, instead of the French fries. When the bill came, he charged us extra for the substitution. For those that prefer steak, the filet is one of the best I've ever had - the flavor is amazing and it's incredibly tender. The scallops are great, but prefer the original preparation to the new one listed on the current menu. The one exception is that anyone who had a dish with crab felt that the crab tasted as if it came from a can. It should be fresh crab, not minced. The soup with crab was terrible and the risotto was excellent if avoiding the crab included.
