"Hostess was rude...needs customer service education. Not so much whether or requests could be accommodated but it was her attitude, very rude and unbecoming. Everybody else were wonderful. Food was good, actually better than the last time I was there many years ago."

"The food is tasty. That is where the good news ends.
Thursday is crab night which is very tasty. They don't have small forks so getting the food out of the claw is almost impossible. How does a restaurant offer crab claws without the small forks? The waiter said there were 2 small forks in the whole restaurant and they were being used. The wait staff is not too accomodating at all.
The shrimp was not peeled and were very small.
There is a senior citizens discount but they don't offer it unless you ask for it."

"We were some of the first people seated on Easter Sunday. We were really far from the buffet. There was a musty moldy smell when we were first seated. After everyone else was seated and getting food, the smell was masked. The buffet had hot crab legs which were awesome. They had omelet bar and salmon on a hickory board. Overall the food was really good for the price. The service was quick to take our plates and bring the check even though they were packed. Valet was an extra $7, I would have parked if I had known that. It was also difficult to get to the parking area because of construction and tour busses blocking the driveway."

"They had a great buffet.
The center piece is the Aquarium. They had a scuba diver swimming around holding a sign wishing everyone a Happy Easter. The kids were entertained the whole time. It was a lot of fun."

"Great place to celebrate a special occasion, but not for a special holiday. Good for children because of the aquarium. Because it was Easter Sunday, the restaurant attempted to accommodate as many people as possible, therefore our party of 3 were seated on a table that should only have 2 people. The variety of food was ample, but less than what is offered on a non-holiday buffet - yet the cost of brunch was $10 more. I was very satisfied that waiter/waitress ensured our table was cleared of used plates in a timely manner."

"I got there for the crab legs and seafood. I just wish they change their menu a bit. German potato salad would be good and my family liked the purple potato salad."

"We made reservations for our wedding dinner and liked the restaurant but were disappointed with the waiter, he was very rude, aggressive and unhelpful, like he didn't want to serve us.
My new husband had a surprise for me; the mermaid with the Congratulations sign but I saw the sign before it was displayed as it was coming down and that kind of ruined it, also we thought the mermaid would be more colourful and preetier and we even saw her remove the tail as she got to the surface. Also, I was expecting more variety like for example noodles, singapore noodles, money bags, spring rolls as I do not eat much meat and had limited food to pick from. To top it off, we gave the waiter a tip and he grabbed it and looked at the note and laughed."
