Our meal surpassed the extraordinary view!!! We had no idea that there was new ownership, a remodel and a great new team in place. Selected for other reviews and.Loved the location, decor and our table overlooking the ocean, and our meals were very tasty and prepared just right. We were hungry and like to eat so we shared the lobster and lamb and scallops for starters. Scallops done to perfection...seared just right and almost translucent with a light sauce. For dinner had lamb and beef. Just right and sauces light and delicious.. Actually had a dessert each...celebrating after all. Had the choc cake and pistachio deserts. Staff very accommodating and atmosphere inviting but not pretentious. Saw good mix of ages dining too 30s and up. We were a party of 7 and loved everything from the view to the first courses, main courses, and desserts. The pacing was excellent, although it seemed to slow down noticeably after we finished the main courses. Yes, the view is undeniably worthwhile but the menu equals and perhaps even surpasses it. Great appetizers and good variety of main courses. Our server was excellent - gave good descriptions and input on the dishes and was very attentive. We had a wonderful corner table with great views of the ocean and Bush estate. Always our favorite place to go for our annual spring weekend in Kennebunkport.
