  • "First rate NY style steakhouse. Great ambiance especially for Yankee fans."

  • "Wait staff was nice, timely, helpful and accommodating. The food was delicious and filling, and delivered to specification. Although the seating was a little close, we were fortunate to have friendly neighbors with gracious attitudes. The decor was tastefully appropriate - perhaps a couple more televisions might enhance the experience. The ambience was noisy, but that is somewhat expected when dining at a ballpark with people who are excited to attend a ballgame. The overall experience was really good, and made our anniversary extra special! Thanks NYY Steak! :)"

  • "The restaurant is extremely expensive for the quality of the food and the service received. We asked for ribeye, new york strip and lamb chops. None of them were awesome cosidering that the prices were above the $50 without a side. The place is boring and the waitress were not friendly. Ypu can have better dinning experiences in New york for half the price. Once you are in the restaurant, nothing suggest you that it is withing the Yankee Stadium."

  • "Tickets to the game were my Christmas present and dinner at NYY Steak was my birthday gift. The service was great, the food was amazing. We had Fried oysters and Bacon steak appetizers. The oysters literally melted in my mouth. I ordered the 8 oz filet with lobster mac & cheese. Delicious, perfectly cooked, and decadent. My husband had the Ahi Tuna and said it was delicious. I'm hoping to make it an annual event - would love to go back."

  • "As we made our way from the game to NYY Steak, we were informed by 2 individuals (One security guard and the other an usher) within the stadium to go out of the stadium and wrap around through the HardRock to get to the Steak place. Then we were greeted by another security at the Hard Rock and he said to go inside near the elevators. As we proceeded, we were greeted by 2 security guards that told us we had left the stadium so we would not be allowed to go to the steak house. After 5 minutes of telling them that they were unorganized a third security guard had come through and escorted us upstairs to confirm our reservations. We finally got to sit down and enjoy the steak house. It was delicious, but expected more."

  • "This is my second time eating here and the food is great!!! The steak was cooked to perfection. Our server was a little slow and messy but that will not stop me from coming back and enjoying the food."

  • "Outstanding food, menu, atmosphere and service but you pay through the nose for it."

  • "We were pleasantly surprised to find NYY Steak to be top notch. Our steaks were perfectly cooked, and the mac & cheese with lobster and creamed spinach were to die for. The staff is well-trained and attentive. We had (unfairly) expected the food to be just OK, given that it's at the stadium, but it exceeded all expectations and we will be back!"

  • "I have to say that I was extremely dissapointed by my meal at NYY Steakhouse. My husband and I got a Surf & Turf and my Filet was very dry and his lobster was very dry. They were both so dry that we didn't even eat them.. When I go out to eat and spend $300 on a meal for 2 people I expect the food to at least be good. Very dissapointed with their food and the staff was not that friendly either."

  • "This steak house is the perfect stop before the game. You can have a great meal and go straight to your seat after your done. Just make sure you make a quick right when you enter hallway unless you like walking because you will end up in left field and Have to walk all the way around. ( then you will be hungry again)"

  • "This is an upscale restaurant with pricing to go along. The steaks were very good and sides good for sharing. Wines and drinks priced for the restaurant. It was a nice way to start a Yankee Game!"

  • "This was my first time at yankee stadium and yankee steak house. My experience was so great that in the future anytime I come to Yankee stadium my first stop will be the steakhouse and I will ask for "Manny" to be my server if that is possible because he made my daughter and I feel so welcomed and comfortable!"

  • "From the bacon appetizer to the ice cream volcano dessert, everything was special. The steaks were tender and cooked just right. Our servers noted our anniversary and were very attentive. A fun evening at the stadium!"

  • "It was a unique experience to dine at a steakhouse withinYankee Stadium before the game on April 9, 2014. Waitstaff from maitre de to the bus boy were extremely polite, attentive and professional. We had a variety of appetizers which were first rate. The only disappointment was in the food we really came for … the steak. Sirloin with the bone-in was a bit grisly, and filet minion was fair but not exceptional as you should expect. Considering the food is at top dollar prices, the steak should be of top quality. It was not. There are other non beef entrees which we did not try, so I can't comment on them. I recommend you go there for drinks and appetizers, but then wander over to the Hard Rock and get a burger."

  • "I'm a regular ticket holder, and a regular at NYY Steakhouse! Was stuck on the GW and 30 minutes late for reservation. Was greeted with a smile and a "No problem" from the manager. Menu the same as last season, great choices, no clunkers. Portions are HUGE and our waiter suggested sharing, which I really appreciate. We split the wedge salad, a massive T bone, and a baked potato the size of a submarine! Great wines by the glass. Fun, energetic, pre game atmosphere. Great star gazing with former players popping in, celebs, and some famous player's parents. Always a great time!"

  • "This is a perfect place to take a client for dinner after a Yankee game. The food and service is as good as any Manhattan steakhouse. If you are not intersted in dinner, hang out at the fantastic bar until the traffic lightens up. Great bartenders!!!"

  • "You might expect a restaurant that was open for its second game of the season to be off its game, perhaps fresh from a "spring training" limited engagement run earlier. However that was not the case: the reservation system, greet staff, wait staff, bar staff, kitchen staff and food were all at their "A" game (I only wish the 2014 NY Yankees were showing their "A" game early in the season!) We were there for lunch and could not have enjoyed the venue more. Waitress suggested a menu special burger, totally appropriate for lunch, whereas it is steak at dinner. Have been multiple times and it one of the best ways to enjoy the overall Yankee Stadium experience."

  • "Thanks to the staff at NYY Steak for making a special day at the stadium with my son even better. Our experience was fantastic. Your restaurant is beautiful, our waiter was outstanding, the food was incredible. Everyone made us feel special and my son had an even greater day because of our dining experience. He is still talking about it. Your employees should be commended for their attention to detail. Our waiter explained the menu and had a great personality. Our glasses were never empty. The steaks and sides were outstanding and I would put them up against any of the top steakhouses in NY. Just a great time all around. We will be back!"

  • "I love NYY Steak, just not on this day. Though, the majority of my gripe is with the server. Granted it was Ooening Day but when we were seated it wasn't terribly busy. The hostess & wait staff were excellent minus our server. Ordered a steak salad & he brought us a salad with no meat, wasn't very apologetic or attentive. I ordered Grey Goose Vodka & was served Tanqueray, twice!!! Had to order drinks from other wait staff due to fact he was unattentative & just seemed lost!! I would come back to NYY, great steaks & food but would refuse to be served by particular waiter. Side note, ahi tartar was also not up to standard!!"

  • "Opening day and the burger I ordered not only came in undercooked and late, but was actually cold meat in the middle. From a steakhouse right? The main server was fantastic when I informed her of what had happened and offered to remove or replace. Still a disappointment when I had such a great experience there and in Manhattan(week before) time after time. So I opted to have another burger if it was done quickly and again they served me with a "barely cooked" burger. ALWAYS CUT OPEN THE BURGER TO MAKE SURE IT IS COOKED. I'm not sure who was cooking but it sucked and I may opt for Audi club in future trips to stadium. The people next to me never got their order and left without eating the main meal, because it took so long."

  • "A great steak and improving service makes this place a 'natural' before/after a game. I thought it a little pricey but I will go back. Order the "volcano" for dessert.."

  • "Dined at NYY Steak prior to attending a Yankee game last September. Steak and sides were great. Wine list was good and prices not bad for a place in the house that Ruth built. Great way to get ready for the game!"

  • "This has become my "go to" spot when entertaining clients at Yankee Stadium. You can't see the game from the restaurant, but the food is always good and it's a good place to be able to have conversation over a meal before the game. The bacon is "to die for"!"

  • "Gave this a try and was pleasantly surprised. Primarily steaks but the scallop appetizer was large enough for an entree. The Caesar can be split and the dressing was light and flavorful. Can be crowded but tables are large and seats very comfortable. The service was very friendly and competent."

  • "Last time I dined here I had the best prime rib sandwich ever. It is no longer on the menu. The steak salad is adorned with a rather chewy and sinewy steak. The burger is good, but a little greasy. The atmosphere - Yankee stadium is distinctly unusual and extremely pleasant (at least to a Yankee fan). The wine selection is very good - 27 wines by the glass to commemorate 27 World Series victories by the Yankees."
